We propose cooking lessons based on simple ingredients. You can learn about our traditional Ladin cooking linked to local traditions. In a few hours, you can learn to cook and finally enjoy some Ladin specialities. The cook speaks Italian and German. Information and reservation at the tourist offices or online by the day before (limited places). During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

A romantic trip in the great outdoors - Enjoy the fresh night-time air on a short winter’s walk together by torchlight to the poetic setting of the “Kapplerstöckl” chapel starting from the center of the village. On three days this winter, the “guided tours at Prösels Castle dedicated to taste, history and culture” will take place. After the guided castle tour, guests will have the opportunity to taste some typical local specialties offered by the producers themselves at the stands in the inner courtyard. Well equipped you can walk through snowy valleys, mountain pastures or fair winter forests. You can discover the beautiful winter landscape of the Pustertal valley choosing your own track. Nature experience for young and old in the white season in the Nature Park Puez-Geisler. Together with their parents and accompanied by experts, the young rangers go on an exciting excursion into the realm of the Nature Park Puez-Geisler: a game to get to know each other, a search for tracks of animals in the snow, interesting animal games, a snow investigation and many other exciting activities await the young rangers. It's all about the animals and survival in winter. Note: The family programme is suitable for children between the ages of 7 and 12 and accompanied by an adult. On this family walk you will discover all the tricks, which the animals in the Nature Park have developed to survive during the cold season. With help from a ranger, children and parents will learn together how to interpret animal tracks in the forest. After the adven- ture in the snow, you can warm up with a good hot tea in the Visitor center.

Sledding in the moonlight with friends is one of the winter adventures you shouldn't miss! This is possible at the Allrissalm in Pflerschtal. The Allrissalm is open every TUESDAY, THURSDAY and FRIDAY until 10.00 pm (warm cuisine until 8.00 pm). Reachable on foot in approx. 1 hour from St. Anton. Headlamp recommended as the toboggan run is not illuminated. Table reservation required under t +39 349-2648358.

This winter, the Watles adventure mountain once again invites you to enjoy sporty, musical and culinary adventures at 2,000 metres! All this awaits you at the toboggan evenings on the Watles Adventure Mountain. The Watles toboggan piste is illuminated on these evenings from 7 - 11 pm! You can whizz down the piste several times! The Plantapatsch hut is open for you during the night tobogganing and will spoil you with hot drinks and good food. Be part of it! Explore Sterzing's local mountain in pale light. Warm up your fingertips with a mulled wine in a rustic mountain hut before setting off on a wild and fun toboggan ride back down into the valley.

When night falls, the Guggenberg slope in Tesido lights up brightly, inviting night owls to a truly special experience. From 07:30 pm. to 10:00 pm., the illuminated descent promises pure skiing fun – whether for experienced skiers, leisurely cruisers, or those who want to enjoy the unique feel of night skiing. A night full of winter magic and snowy fun!

Monte Baranci is bathed in floodlight from 7-10pm and the atmosphere is fit for a world cup, providing both superlative night skiing and sledging on run a 3km in length. The Rifugio Gigante Baranci mountain hut is open.

Put on your snowshoes, a heavy jacket, and enter the Valley of the Mills following Christoph, an expert hiking guide. The moonlight, reflected on the snow-covered ground, reveals for you our fabulous Dolomites, which show themselves in a unique and spectacular new guise. Christoph will also take you to discover how the ancient mills that give the valley its name work.
To warm you up, a hot drink will be waiting for you when you return.

Every Tuesday, between 7:30 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., the K-Express cable car takes you up to 1,600 meters. Up there, a 5-kilometer-long, illuminated toboggan run is waiting for you to ride it. Plunge down the piste on two runners and enjoy the night sky all the way down into the valley. A unique experience for young and old!

At first hike through the light forests crossing the piste to Lago dell’Orso. Then, crossing the magnificent mountain woods to the panoramic summit of Colesei at 1972 m. Sensational views of the deep rock towers of the eastern Sesto Dolomites. Return to the starting point along the ascent route with some variants. --ziplé-- The art of woodcarving has a centuries-old tradition in Val Gardena. Originally it was a pastime for the whole family during the long winter evenings. Today, woodcarving extends from sacral to contemporary art. From the cultivation of fodder to the rearing of calves, to livestock farming with dairy products and their refinement into tasty yoghurt, butter and cheese. Even the energy is generated directly on the farm. In the barn and the cheese dairy, visitors can take a tour and learn about the process from milk to cheese.
