This yoga class consists of an introductory meditation, pranayama (breathing exercise) and then asanas (yoga poses) that slowly flow into one another. At the end, we enjoy the final relaxation (shavasana). We focus on breathing throughout the entire session. The lesson will be hold in german. Lake Sompunt transforms into a one-of-a-kind event that blends elegance and tradition in an enchanting atmosphere. The frozen lake becomes a sophisticated open-air venue featuring ice performances and sommeliers on skates, guiding you through winter-inspired drinks and delicacies offered by local restaurateurs. In case of bad weather the event will take place on the 13.02.2025. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region.
