Which books of the season are particularly worth reading? There are six answers to this question on ‘Vielseitig’. This time, presenter Christoph Pichler and Monika Obrist from the Language Centre at the South Tyrolean Cultural Institute have invited Ferruccio Delle Cave as a guest to the discussion round in the ‘Bücher-Foyer’ in Bolzano's Waltherhaus.
The actress Christina Khuen will read short passages from the three books, which may be unanimously praised, but may also be the subject of much controversy.
The event will be held in German.

When poverty, need and cold are at their greatest, it is time for signs and wonders. Many fairy tales tell of this.
Hedwig Rost presents a handful of wintry tales that all point the way to happiness. The stars fall from the sky, there is a little golden key in the snow, and there is a place in Grandfather's glove for everyone seeking protection from the cold.
There is also a very special Christmas story that brings us nothing less than the turning point of time.
The narrator's voice and acting, paper figures, transparent pictures and a magical lantern take us back to a time when wishing still helped.

‘Social intimacy’: the TSB's 2024/2025 season affirms the vital importance of theatre as a community reference point. The new programming has literally won over the Bolzano audience. The playbill designed for the Bolzano Municipal Theatre consists of 13 appointments with theatre excellence that are the result of the encounter between texts and artists of the highest calibre.
Based on a project supported by the Family, Women, Youth and Social Promotion Office of the City of Bozen/Bolzano, the Verdi choristers, under the direction of Maestro Claudio Vadagnini and the piano accompaniment of Prof. Luca Schinai, will treat all present to a peaceful afternoon of great Italian music, both operatic and traditional.

The stage space is a substitute for the circus ring. The drama, or rather the comedy, about K is presented. One day K wakes up and there are police officers in full uniform at his bedside. This kind of thing can happen to people who get up every day to go to work, including small-time crooks, but hardly to respected criminals, because they are in charge. So one day K wakes up and there are two policemen at his bedside.
Kafka imagines this situation in the 1920s. Today we could laugh about it, but strictly speaking there is no difference between yesterday and today, so we can't laugh.
You can knock on the door of your judge, on the door of a hidden courtroom under the roof, and it can happen that the justice system receives you but leaves you in the dark. You learn nothing, and you keep still and wait. The whole thing turns into a circus with puppets, trapeze artists and stuffed animals.
Museion Art Club presents a performative club night dedicated to the exploration of radical intimacy among strangers. The club becomes a space in which different forms of intimacy are explored with regard to the ever-present tension between being alone and being together. The starting point here is the question: How can we connect in our most intimate forms while at the same time immersing ourselves in the spectacle of a public space?
I SAW YOU CRYING AT THE CLUB is divided into the two rooms ‘AWARENESS REALM’ and ‘CLUB REALM’ and is an evening of DJ sets, live acts, performances and installations. An evening to encounter yourself and others in a radically intimate way, redefining the clubbing experience. It starts with an open forum, with a space where you can immerse yourself in the reality of Museion Art Club through a workshop by Zine Friction. Forum Prävention will also be present, and Centaurus Arcigay Alto Adige Südtirol is curating a reading corner to invite everyone present to experience new ways of being together in a public space.
Our aim is to create a safe space where everyone respects boundaries and treats others with kindness and understanding, without passing judgement. Together, we stand for inclusivity, safety and respect for all.
Concert of the G. Verdi Opera Choir for the elderly in retirement homes.
The "EMOZIOnonni" project, supported by the Social Promotion Office of the Municipality of Bolzano, is a tribute of great Italian music, which the Verdi choristers, conducted by Maestro Claudio Vadagnini and accompanied on the piano by Prof. Luca Schinai, will offer to all those present.
‘ChatGPT, can you write a short announcement text for an evening that includes a Christmas cabaret show with the Cababoz group? Don't forget to include words like music, sketches and hilarious and irreverent jokes.
Oh, you can't do that? Then we're probably even better... and live to boot!’
Cabaret artists will take turns on stage to present monologues, sketches with more or less well-known characters, funny songs and bizarre costumes. The whole thing will be spiced up with the usual sharp-witted, disarming, irreverent and wonderfully wacky irony. Don't miss it!
