From the Antholz Valley along the Pustertal bike route to Villabassa to the Kurpark spa (playground).
This route from Kastelruth village centre to Seis am Schlern passes through the picturesque hamlets of Tisens and St. Oswald with their small chapels, the fascinating natural spectacle of the “Ice Hole” wind tunnels, the ruins of Aichach and the Malenger water mill. The route leads, in part, along ancient roads with tracks that have been worn down over the centuries and offers beautiful views over the Eisacktal, the Ritten and, naturally, the Schlern and its neighbouring mountains.
ATTENTION: the section from km 3.2 to km 4.2 is very steep (downhill) and narrow!
The moderately difficult bike tour runs mainly on asphalt roads, but also on a forest path. The tour offers a wonderful view of the Höhlensteintal/Val di Landro valley and the Toblach/Dobbiaco lake.
From Niederrasen along the river to Antholz Niedertal > continue through the village Antholz Mittertal > along the main road up to the Lake Antholz.

From Niederrasen to Oberrasen (culture house) > along the river > after approx. 1 km turn right on a country lane > further on northwards to the biotope (the moor area - an integral natural reserve with nature trail). This hike can also be started from Antholz Niedertal or Antholz Mittertal!

On the Pustertal cycling route from the Antholz Valley to Bruneck and then in direction Ahnrtal to Sand in Taufers to the starting point of the waterfalls Reinbach. From there you can visit the waterfalls on foot.
The natural landscape of the Tagusens loop route offers endless variety, and leads along meadows, woods and forest trails past the two hamlets of Tisens and Tagusens. At 12.8 km it is a moderately difficult tour, but the Moosbühel route offers a shorter alternative.
Cycling route from Neunhäusern to Antholz Mittertal
From Niederrasen along the river to Antholz Niedertal > continue through the village Antholz Mittertal > along the main road up to the Lake Antholz > on the pass road up to the Staller Saddle.
The Moosbühel variant of the route leads between the Rendenbühl and Tisenser Bühel hills, and offers a shorter version of the traditional Tagusens loop route. The trail is relatively flat and leads mainly through woodland.

Passing the Staller Saddle you reach the Defereegental valley in Osttirol (Austria). From Erlsbach to St. Jakob there is a bicycle path.

This tour leads to the child-friendly Marinzen Alm mountain hut. It is ideal for fit families and boasts spectacular views over Kastelruth. Biking newbies or less-fit bikers have the option of taking the Marinzen lift (bike transport) uphill, and then enjoy all the fun of the variety-packed descent.

The Eisacktal Valley II link trail connects the valley basin and the Bozen – Brixen cycle path with the Seiser Alm/Val Gardena biking region and its 600 kilometres of trails. The link route ties in with the St. Oswald loop route back to Seis am Schlern or Kastelruth.

The La Buja variant diverges from the Seiser Alm hut tour and leads through thick forest land, which offers welcome shade despite the challenges of the 5.9 km trail.

This some demanding MTB tour leads to the neighboring Gsiesertal/Val Casies valley, where the demanding part, i.e. the vertical meters, is covered first. The second part of the round tour only has a small altitude difference.
