Located in Val Gardena - Gröden, the hotel Digon offers a family like hospitality combined with refined qualitiy and attention to detail. Our house is situated in an ideal position to enjoy the unique landscape of the Dolomites and to experience first hand mountain romance in summer and winter. The peaks of the Dolomites surround the hotel. The centre of Ortisei, the main village of Val Gardena is located in close vicinity. A various holiday program is guaranteed. For over 35 years, it is our intention to communicate living tradition and Ladin hospitality to our guests and to make their holiday a special one. In the Dolomites Region Val Gardena, sports, arts and traditions have always coexisted in perfect harmony. Cable cars take you up to the foot of the Langkofel mountain and the Sella group, where you can access legendary slopes such as the Saslong, and various paths through vast landscapes open up before you. Urtijëi/Ortisei, with its workshops and wood carvings, reveals the artistic side of this Ladin valley. Carving has ancient roots, but the art form is ever evolving. Whether you choose to walk through the Alpine pastures or visit the Gherdëina Museum, Gherdëina welcomes you into a living culture, as intricate as the wood that has told its story for centuries.
