Hotel description

Our hotel is located in the heart of the Ahrntal valley and offers an ideal starting point for summer (hiking, excursions, mountain and bicycle tours, etc.) and winter holidays (skiing, cross-country skiing, alpine ski tours, etc.) The two Skiareas (Skiworld Ahrntal) Klausberg (3km) and Speikboden (5km) - which are also open in the summer - are in the immediate vicinity. The bus and ski bus stop is directly in front of the hotel.

About the region

Ahrntal/Valle Aurina is a secluded world, surrounded by peaks towering over three thousand metres. Many of these mountains can only be conquered by experienced climbers, but the valley welcomes everyone into its calm way of life. The landscape is perfectly preserved, and so are the traditions. The Alpine cheese offers a taste of the pastures, while the bobbin lace, crafted with patience, has travelled as far as America. Local people love to talk about their land. Life here may be simple, but they are proud of their home.
