Please make yourself comfortable just like at home! We are located in a central position of Siusi. Our cosy apartments in South Tyrolean style in pine wood are for 2-6 people, furnished with 1 or 2 bed rooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms bath tub/shower, bidet and toilet, living/dining area with a corner seating unit, couch/sofa-bed, a kitchenette/fridge with freezer, all rooms with balcony, TV with satellite channels, save, hairdryer, bedding, towels etc. and heating, water and electricity included. Our services for free: small wellbeing area for our guests with Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. In addition lounge with library, free WIFI, sun deck, lockable rage are for ski and bikes, and much more. Washing and drying facilities and cleanings on request. During the low season no minimum stay. Check-In from 3,00 pm and check-out until 9,30 am on the departure day. Late check-out depending on availibility and against extra charge.

About the region

The Dolomites Region Seiser Alm will win you over at first glance. In front of you rises the Schlern mountain, the symbol of South Tyrol, and all around you is Europe's largest plateau. In summer and winter, you can walk, ski, stay in a refuge, or simply enjoy the silence. From the Petz mountain, you can take in views of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In the villages in the valley, such as Kastelruth/Ciastel or Völs am Schlern/Fiè, life still follows classic rural rhythms. Legends are part of the landscape here, and the peaceful ambiance invites you to slow down, even though Bolzano is just a stone's throw away.
