Hotel description

The modern holiday apartment is located in the newly built Rosenheim Residence in Caldaro. The light-flooded apartment has been stylishly furnished. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. A bathroom with window, a garage for bicycles and a car are also included. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the village and the lake. Breakfast here or just enjoying the sun and the panorama is pure relax. The accommodation has a 50 inch Smart TV, free Wifi, air conditioning, underfloor heating, dishwasher, elevator & smart home system. The centre is a 5-minute walk away. Of course, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hygiene articles and much more are on site.
