Hotel description

Our „Residence“ is going to be rebuilt, renovated, and renewed. The guest house, which was the first buiding we started renting out, is due for competion and will be revamped in Spring 2022. Together with a modified layout and a completely new designed interior, we are giving our Residence a totally new spirit. Our bright, spacious, and modern two-bedroom apartments are designed both for families and groups up to 6 people. For couples, we are building generous sized lofts with lots of privacy on the top floor.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
