Newly opened in 2019, the South Tyrolean accommodation bears the unmistakable signature of mother-daughter duo Christine and Magdalena Erlacher - thanks to the timelessly stylish fusion of tradition and zeitgeist reflected in the architecture and interior, and the picturesque city/countryside location, the stay becomes a simultaneously tranquil and invigorating experience. The boundary between outside and inside is fluid, the terraces and the garden with pool seem to be a natural complement to the spaces within the hotel. During construction, the hotel worked together with businesses from the region in order to do justice to the idea of sustainability. Environmental consciousness also plays an important role in the culinary arts: regional, seasonal and in-house delicacies are served during long breakfasts - those who want to take a piece of holiday happiness home with them can buy jams, apple juice and other specialities from the hotel's own farm on site.
