YOUR HOLIDAY HOME RIGHT BY THE WAALWEG TRAIL The view from the window stretches over vineyards and apple orchards. Outside, a serene calm prevails, as if someone has pressed the pause button – this is how mornings begin in our holiday apartments. Completed in May 2023, our apartments Apis, Malus, Vinea and Castanea are located close to the Marling Waalweg trail and can accommodate up to 5 guests. Furnished with high-quality, cozy interiors featuring reclaimed wood and natural materials, they provide a warm and inviting atmosphere. Situated at an elevation of 500 meters, they offer stunning views over Merano and the entire Adige Valley.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
