Hotel description

The farm Röllhof is located in Cauria, a small part of Salurn, and is surounded by fields and woods with a panoramic view. This place is ideal for walking and hiking trips. We have a lawn for sunbathing and a small house where you can have a barbecue. On demand we can make you a breakfast with South Tyrolean products every morning. If you have a bike we can put it in our storeroom.

About the region

Along the Alto Adige Wine Road, spring comes earlier and autumn lingers longer. The sun warms the hills, one vineyard follows another, and the scents change with the seasons. Wine has deep roots here, but it is not the only local product: lemons and figs grow alongside a few hardy olive trees that can withstand the mountain climate. The cellars embody the character and dedication of the people who work the land. Some are more classic, offering a real glimpse into history, while others have embraced clean lines and modern materials. However, they all share the same core values: a laid-back welcome and a taste of something authentic.
