Hotel description

The contemporary architecture, accessible to the handicapped, and comfortable furnishings contribute to the well being of our guests, permitting them to experience a pleasant and elegant vacation. The house is surrounded by gardens with a Mediterranean character and by our vineyards. It is in an extremely peaceful location at the end of the access road, just a five-minute walk from the centre of Terlan. Our guests can regenerate themselves and enjoy the peacefulness of the environment, or take part actively in sports. Bicycles, ping-pong and billiards are also available. There are four beautifully kept clay courts for tennis just a five-minute walk from the Landhaus. The large one or two-room apartments (area from 32 to 55 sqm) have all of the comforts, including WiFi, satellite television, safety deposit box, dishwasher, additional extractable beds, a small bed for children, high chairs, etc. Lounge or children's playroom for younger guests. Südtirol Guest Pass mobilcard included.

About the region

Along the Alto Adige Wine Road, spring comes earlier and autumn lingers longer. The sun warms the hills, one vineyard follows another, and the scents change with the seasons. Wine has deep roots here, but it is not the only local product: lemons and figs grow alongside a few hardy olive trees that can withstand the mountain climate. The cellars embody the character and dedication of the people who work the land. Some are more classic, offering a real glimpse into history, while others have embraced clean lines and modern materials. However, they all share the same core values: a laid-back welcome and a taste of something authentic.
