At 550m above sealevel, just outside the little village Foiana, you can find our charming fruit farm, the Plateidhof, spoiled by the warming italian sun and surrounded by orchards and chestnut groves. Enjoy and experience your individual vacation in South Tyrol, on our farm, a paradise on earth. The farm offers an amazing panoramic view of the mountains and many activities depending on your mood await you to experience joyful vacations. The farm offers a garage, a playroom, a playground, a lawn for sunbathing with barbecue, some animals, . We also own a swimming pool just 5 min. away. In the neighboring town Lana, you can find possibilities to play golf or tennis or to go for a ride.

About the region

Meran and environs region is full of surprising contrasts. In spring, you can ski in the morning on the Schnalstal glacier and cycle through apple orchards in the afternoon. While the peaks are still white, you can sit in the sun among palm trees and arcades along the Passer river. The mild climate, protected by the Texel group, fosters diverse and lush nature. The gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle showcase the elegance of yesteryear, alongside the thermal baths and Belle Époque buildings. The valleys around Meran are full of paths, waterfalls and traditions, just waiting to be discovered. And if you love horses, a ride on a Haflinger is the way to go.
