Welsberg, with its central position in the Puster Valley, is the ideal starting point to reach in a short time the city of Brunico and the ski slopes of the Plan de Corones as well as the ski area of the Three Peaks; it is located directly on a well known and in summer very busy cycle path that leads from Lienz in East Tyrol via San Candido to Brunico and is surrounded by countless hiking trails in forests and meadows.
