Variant 1:Apple-carrot-lime smoothie
Variant 2:Apple-spinach-orange smoothie
Variant 3: Apple-beetroot-orange smoothie
Variant 4: Apple-cucumber-tomato smoothie
Wash, peel and deseed the smoothie ingredients. Put them through the juicer along with mint and a lime. Then add the natural yoghurt to the mixture.
To serve, pour the mixture into a glass, grate the peel from the other lime with a lemon grater, sprinkle over the mixture and finally garnish with sunflower seeds.
