Regarded as the beating heart of the Pustertal valley, this vibrant little town has a historic centre with a picturesque main street that invites you to stroll and indulge in some retail therapy. After a short stop in Bruneck, the tour follows an alternative route back to Mühlbach. On the way back, you will make a stop at the Capriz show dairy. There, you can enjoy a guided tour of the cheese museum and a tasting of the finest cheeses made from 100% South Tyrolean goat's and cow's milk. Start from the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten in the direction of Sexten, then slightly uphill to Mitterberg and on to Nemes Alm. After about 20 minutes we reach a plateau called "Saumad" (1.750 ) where we turn left to the Klammbach-Alm (1.940). Also here we are challenged again to enjoy after approx. 30 minutes at the Almhütte the dreamlike view of the Three Peaks. Arrived at the Klammbach hut, we take a break and enjoy the "Schmankerln" by Hannes, then when Leon briefly unpacks his accordion then the mood is perfect. Passing the "Hennstoll" and via the Sesto circular trail we return to Sesto to the Bike Academy Sesto Dolomites.

Experience an unforgettable flora and fauna hike with nature expert Hubert Joos in the Reschenpass holiday region. During the two-hour hike, you will be guided through the picturesque landscape and informed about the unique animal and plant life of the area, while being enchanted by the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains.

The mountain pine not only grows in the Sarntal Valley, in the valley of the mountain pines, but also on the acidic silicate soils of the Villanderer Alm. The power of this mountain plant is enormous. The soothing and fragrant oil is suitable for relaxing baths, infusions and wraps or as an additive in scrubs. In the fragrance lamp, the scent helps to improve the room climate. On Mondays there is a show firing. This gives anyone interested an insight into how the mountain pine is processed into oil.

From the Plätzwiese mountain inn, slightly ascending to the first turn-off and across meadows, later the path becomes somewhat steeper up to the ruined fortresses and up to the Strudelkopf with its imposing homecoming cross. The summit cross offers a fantastic panorama from the Three Peaks to the Cristallo, Cadini Group, Zwölfer and numerous other Dolomite peaks, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Starting from the top station, a forest path leads to the Firenze Hut at the entry of the Nature Park Puez-Odle. The path beneath the vertical Fermeda Towers leads then to the picturesque Pieralongia hut. From the Jochgrimm/Passo Oclini car park (individual arrival), the hike with hiking guide takes about 50 minutes through flowering alpine meadows and fragrant mountain pine forest up to the rocky, white summit of the Weißhorn/Corno Bianco (2313 m). At the top will be served a small South Tyrolean snack with freshly sliced bacon and cheese as well as wine and apple juice - and a box seat for the fabulous alpenglow. From Naturno you cycle comfortably along the Adige cycle path to Merano. From the Thermenplatz square, head eastwards through the Elisabeth Park into the Passeier Valley. Mostly flat, with a slight incline, you can enjoy the marvellous landscape along the Passeier cycle path (19 km). The refreshing air of the Passer accompanies you along the entire cycle path to St. Leonhard.
