Varied circular hike with interesting viewpoints, when the sky is clear the views stretch into the Dolomites.
The hike runs from the car park - junction Gialhof farm (1,550 m) on a forest trail to Platzass along the easy forest trail no. 21B to Pramasil. From trail no. 21A continue to Köpflplatte (2,278 m) and Marchplatte (2,501 m). Continue in direction to Kalterer (2,501 m) and back to the Marchplatte on trail no. 21 onto the Stierhütte hut (not open) to Alpköpfele (1,884 m). Here the trail goes down steeply for 500 m to the trail no. 27, past the Innere Alm alpine pasture (not open) and above Gialhof farm back to the starting point.
