A tour for young and old, with some interesting facts about the Etsch/Adige river and an amazing view of the village Reschen/Resia. About 10 minutes from the village there is the source of the river Etsch. Straight through the village, along the edge of the forest, the road leads to the sports field. From here the forest road starts, follow the path signposted no. 2 as far as the "Etschquelle" junction on your left. After a few metres of forest road you reach the source. A trickle originates here from the mountain, steadily increasing as it reaches the second largest river in Italy. The boards provide a wealth of interesting information. From here, look over the village of Reschen and enjoy a stunning landscape. Note: It is also possible to return to the north side of Reschen via the path signposted 2A.
