In our cozy farmhouse inn or on the sunny terrace, you can enjoy the finest dishes of Ladin and Tyrolean cuisine. The dishes we cook with great tradition are based on excellent products from our agriculture and the region: dumplings with goulash, creamy soup from the Rit meadows, and tagliatelle with ragout are some of our specialties. Of course, wines and beers from South Tyrol cannot be missing. However, our flagship are the meat dishes. Every day we offer dishes made from Angus beef from our herd, a very flavorful, tender, and rich in Omega-3 fatty acids meat.
