Quality and tradition since over 30 years

It was in 1986, that Günther Maier - owner and manager - discovered his passion for fine wines and excellent grappas. Thanks to different trips around the world as well as several courses and seminars, Günther gained an insight in the varied world of wines, learned the specific characteristics of the different varieties and how to appreciate rarest grapes.

The Loacker Moccaria, a café & pastry shop, is a central component and the core of the Loacker Point of Sale.

In Heinfels (Austria), exquisite specialities are created every day: Just like in 1925, in Alfons Loacker's small patisserie, wafers are baked and refined with all sorts of delicious ingredients. Loacker reveals its well-kept secrets and invites gourmets to a truly unique experience. Visitors can go on a journey of discovery and find out in an exciting way how Loacker's fine and crispy wafers are created. The interactive Pastry Workshop, as a particularly innovative attraction, will guarantee a unique experience.

Wafer enthusiasts will become bakers and are allowed to let their imagination run riot. With instruction from experts, you can independently create your individual Loacker wafer speciality to your personal taste.  You can randomly combine Loacker's cream fillings, spread them on freshly baked wafers, portion them and take them home in a specially prepared packaging.

Intensely flavoured aromatic cheeses from the Laces-Martello holiday area The high mountain environment of the Venosta Valley has always been associated with mountain pastures and dairies. Since medieval times, butter and cheese have been produced in the mountain pastures. Even today, dairy products such as natural butter, yoghurt, cottage cheese and cream are still made there, particulary alpine cheese and local specialities such as "Graukas". At the Gandhof typical cheese types were produced.

The butcher's shop Weissensteiner is located in the centre of Soprabolzano. Here meat and sausage products of the best quality from traditional production are offered. The butcher's shop also offers catering and a barbecue service. 

In addition to a variety of meat and sausage products can be found on our counter also cheese from local farmers, home-made salads, fresh bread, fruit and vegetables, but also pasta as Tirtlan, ravioli, gnocchi, noodles.
Several times a week we also offer food to takeaway.

When tradition is passed on through the generations, high values will be preserved through time. Great Grandfather Franz Windegger founded the company in 1901 and attached even then the imoprtance to highest quality and the best meat from South TYrol. We use for our sausages, ham and Bacon and ready to cook-products almost only regional products of the South Tyrolean nature. We also work only with trained personal and count on the best taste.

The Forcherhof offers a wide range of non-alcoholic drinks, wines from South Tyrol, distillates and Vinschgau apples.

Our choice: regional! Guaranteed freshness and a shopping experience of a special kind.

The shop is located at the ground floor of Haus Schmiedhofer – shopping at its best! You can buy different kinds of cereals, flour, rye products, various spices and herbs, bio products and animal food.
