The Family serves hearty home-made South Tyrolean specialities with regional products. In November and December the restaurant is open on reservation in the evening.

Castel Flavon - Haselburg is an ancient castle above the southern area of Bolzano. A suggestive place for a restaurant.

Located near the church in Laives, this place welcomes guests in the morning with a relaxed bar atmosphere. In the evening, the restaurant serves authentic, oven-fresh pizza, best enjoyed outdoors on the terrace during warm summer nights.

For our guests we have a big dining room as well as several other smaller rooms and an original Tyrolean “Stube“ where to enjoy traditional South Tyrolean dishes and refined venison dishes. A rich assortment of wines completes our menu and refines each plate. Our inn also disposes of a sunny terrace where you have the possibility to taste delicious homemade desserts and typical "breadbord-snacks". Enjoy the South Tyrolean golden autumn: when the leafs turn multicoloured it's time for "Törggelen", roasted chestnuts and the "new wine". We're looking forward to meet you!

The pizzeria offers a wide variety of pizzas, on request also with wholemeal dough, flour from 7 cereals and cúrcuma flour. The restaurant offers a large selection of meat and fish dishes.

Our kitchen team is always keen to prepare delicious dishes made from fresh and local ingredients. Traditional dishes as well as national delicacies - served with an exquisite selection of wines - let your heart beat faster. The dining-hall and the table decoration are created with great attention to detail to make our guests feel really comfortable. That way a five-course-menu becomes an unforgettable treat! Occasional barbecue dinners on the terrace and topic-related menus belong to the most favourite highlights and make a tasteful holiday perfect.

The Ebnicherhof wine tavern lies high above Bozen, nestled in ancient chestnut groves. It is an ideal excursion destination along the "Keschtnweg" trail. The farmhouse parlour and the sun terrace invite you to linger with typical farmhouse dishes and a unique view of the Dolomites and the South Tyrolean lowlands.

The inn is housed in a historic building directly opposite the old St. Leonard parish church in Bronzolo. Alongside pizza, the menu features traditional South Tyrolean dishes, complemented by a selection of local wines.

We create unorthodox journeys of the senses, freed from the constraints of convention and, at the same time, rooted in our local region.

The restaurant at Hotel Belvedere is only on reservation. It's a good location for family parties (like first communion or baptism... ) or Christmas staff parties.

The rustic inn offers a wide selection of classic South Tyrolean dishes and pizza. Upon request, a few Indian specialties are also available. A large chestnut tree shades the terrace, making it a perfect spot to relax.

The Rechtebner Inn is open on Saturdays and Sundays. Hot meals are available by reservation. For groups of 15 or more, opening outside regular hours is possible by prior arrangement. In autumn, the traditional “Törggelen” is offered to all guests. The bar is open daily for house guests, and light meals can be prepared upon request.

Quietly located, the plce serves a wide selection of pizza and meat and fish dishes. Just a short walk away from the Kneipp facility and the newly built hiking trail to the Peterköfele – ideal for combining nature and culinary.

Traditional cuisine with a touch of internationality defines our restaurant Zum Weißen Rössl. In the morning a rich breakfast buffet awaits you: croissants, a selection of various breads, cheese, cold cuts, fruit salad, yoghurt, muesli... At lunch and dinner our head chef surprises you with fresh traditional dishes from Sarntal.

This modern restaurant in Pineta is located right next to a sports facility and serves Italian cuisine with contemporary touches. At lunchtime, a variety of dishes is available; in the evening, oven-baked pizza is added to the menu. The bar also offers breakfast, a quick espresso, or an aperitif on the terrace – a perfect spot for both, food lovers and sports enthusiasts.

Our child-friendly restaurant with our own child room offers place for 210 guests (restaurant 80 people – „Mohren“-room 130 people) and our garden terrace offers additional 120 places. In our „Mohren“-room you can celebrate birthday-parties and other occasions or have business dinners on request.

Our bar is open from May to September from Monday to Saturday from 16.00 till 22.00. From October to April from Monday to #saturday from 15.00 till 21.30.

The Hofkaffee at the Kaserhof is open from 1pm to 8pm. The Hofkaffee serves cakes and coffee as well as typical South Tyrolean "Speck- und Käsebrettlen".

Baker’s shop with Stand-up Café. The center of attraction on the main street for everybody who loves tasty bread and fresh cake slices. From the favorite personalized cake up to small lunch snacks you will find everything your heart desires.

In addition to traditional specialties, JuMa also offers a standout delicacy: French-style ramshorn snails. Gasthof Kohlern's cuisine, with its full commitment to Bozen's tradition of special delicacies, has distinguished itself many times. Mushrooms, blossoms and herbs come from the surrounding woodland and meadows. Meat and vegetables come preferably from the farmers in the region. Everything is home-made.

At lunchtime, the place offers a reduced menu, while in the evening guests can choose from a wide range of creative meat and fish dishes, as well as pizza. The bright winter garden and small outdoor area create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.
