We are also accessible by the new cable car of the "Schwemmalm" as a secret suggestion for mountainbikers. In winter the snow covered "Steinrast" fascinate for it's paradise for the snowrackets. This applies to South Tyrolean classics as well as forays into the international cuisine, vegetarian and vegan variations and titbits which are suitable for guests with food intolerances.
The Durnwald restaurant in Colle/Val Casies - Gsieser Tal originated in 1970 from the division of the well-known Keil restaurant. Today it is a typical village inn that is situated in the middle of green areas at the forest edge. The Mayr family will convince you with good plain cooking and the use of fresh, local products. And the extensive wine list leaves nothing to be desired. Closed on Monday.

Our traditional inn has been owned by the Baumgartner family since 1850. We have recently restored it with an eye for the detail so that it is still as cozy and welcoming as it used to be. The annexe houses several apartments for those who want to keep to themselves and enjoy their holidays independently.
Our Pircher restaurant is located in Nals on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, in a quiet location surrounded by orchards and only 6 kilometres from Niederlana. In our large garden and on the sunny terrace we spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, pasta dishes, snacks, cakes and much more. For families we offer a great children's playground and special children's meals.

In our restaurant in Ums/Völs am Schlern we focus on fresh local produce. Almost all the herbs, vegetables and fruit we use come from our own vegetable garden and orchards. We love to spoil you with the delicious food we make: the owner – a keen chef – Florian Harder will prepare the best dishes of the traditional South Tyrol cuisine as well as typical Italian food for you. He passionately adds a personal twist to traditional recipes making tasty dishes that can satisfy any culinary taste. He prepares and decorates his tasty creations with such a love for detail that they will be a pleasure to look at. Anyone who wants to watch him cooking is welcome to step into the kitchen!

The Malga Laranzer Schwaige is situated in 1925 m at Saltria near the station on top of the Floralpina skilift. The Hans & Paula Steger Path, which leads you from Compatsch via meadow and alpine places to Saltria, passes directly the Malga Laranzer Schwaige. The panoramic view to Saltria, the Lang- and Plattkofel and the mountains of Val Gardena is wonderful!
We serve a combination of regional specialties and Mediterranean cuisine complemented by fine wines from the Isarco Valley. Special group menus (55 seats) are available on request. Our pizzeria, the first of its kind in Bressanone since 1968, is open 6pm to 11pm. Closed on mondays.
Our restaurant is situated on the hiking trail „Ultner Höfeweg“ nearby the museum of the Stelvio national park „Lahnersäge“ in the Ulten valley. The bus stops dirictly in front of our house.
The „Urlärchen“, three many hundred years old larks and probably the valley’s most famous attraction can be reached after twenty minutes of walk.
