The farm is situated in S. Maddalena in the Val Vasies Valley at an altitude of 1400 m to 1500 m - an ideal area for the animals. You have the possibility to visit not only the animals, but also an entire farm. Pigs, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, birds, llamas, cats and hares of all breeds are represented here, as well as domesticated animals from other continents. On Wednesday of each week you can ski from one alpine hut to the next and taste the Bestof togheter with a specialized sommelier. The tasting includes various hand made milk products from local dairy cooperatives. A ski instructor takes care of you and will bring you back safely.

Entering a bakery and discovering a world that goes far beyond baguettes, ciabatta, and everything else, to be enchanted by perfectly prepared dumplings, an apple strudel that says “Eat me,” and cookies that whisper “Deliciousness.” Yes, let yourself be seduced by Michele, who learned the art of baking as a child, following in his father's footsteps, and has been working full-time in the family business for three years. Every Wednesday between 8.30 am to 12.30 am, the pedestrian zone and Peter-Glückh-Platz in Malles/Mals bustle with activity. Fresh local produce, such as fruit, berries and vegetables, cheeses, bacon and bread types, jam, vinegar, juices and herbal teas, are always available for sale at the market. There are also craft and handicraft products made of stone, wood or felt for sale, as well as textiles, leather goods, plants, and equipment of all kinds for house and garden. From June to September, the market is held together with the farmers' market in the pedestrian zone, where producers from the area offer bacon and cheese, fruit and vegetables. The surrounding guesthouses and restaurants offer special dishes to the respective market focus.

Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience. This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.
