For those who have known us for many years, our restaurant at Passo Campolongo is truly a must-visit! The strudels and polenta with venison from Senior Albina have become legendary in the Dolomites Passes. Anyone who has had the chance to taste them fondly remembers their flavor, texture, and aroma. The main feature of Monte Cherz is its tradition, evident in every detail, from the dining rooms to the bar. The restaurant offers classics of Ladin tradition, from the typical canederli with butter and smoked ricotta to the strudel with South Tyrolean apples, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts, all made according to traditional recipes. The pizzeria offers a wide variety of pizzas, on request also with wholemeal dough, flour from 7 cereals and cúrcuma flour. The restaurant offers a large selection of meat and fish dishes.

With VinSushi by RISCHON we would like to set new culinary accents in the heart of Brunico and offer culinary surprises and an exciting mix of Japanese-Asian cuisine, one of the best in the world, with dishes prepared by chef Mohan Jiang, obviously only with top quality ingredients. Very central in Piazza Rurale, we are the ideal place for a coffee or an aperitif, for your lunch or dinner in a sophisticated environment.

The Gasthof Jocher is located in the middle of alpine meadows directly below the Vigilius church. Accessible by cable car, chairlift and a leisurely hike, the traditional inn awaits you after careful renovation, with a new sun terrace and cosy dining rooms. Chef David and his kitchen team prioritise good and above all local food and products. Passionate craftsmanship and South Tyrolean hospitality do the rest.

The Furkel Hut is beautifully situated at 2,153 meters above Trafoi in the Venosta Valley and is an ideal destination for mountain enthusiasts. The hut can be easily reached via the Trafoi chairlift or by foot along the well-marked trail No. 17 in about two hours. Once you arrive at the Furkel Hut, you will be welcomed by the cozy sun terrace, which invites you to linger. Here, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air and be enchanted by the impressive views of the heavily glaciated Ortler massif. The majestic glaciers and peaks of the Ortler region create a spectacular backdrop that captivates nature lovers of all kinds. Whether for a short break during a hike or simply to relax – the Furkelhütte offers warm hospitality and culinary delights amidst a breathtaking mountain setting.

Directly at the start of the Obereggen lifts, the Platzl is the ideal starting, arrival and meeting point for all the mountain passionate. Opened all day long, every day in summer and in winter, Platzl offers you a rich menu able to satisfy even the most discerning palates. You cannot miss the crispy pizza baked in the wood-oven with a good mug of beer, but also the home-made pasta, meat and fish that you can combine with a wide choice of wines. Our Pircher restaurant is located in Nals on the South Tyrolean Wine Road, in a quiet location surrounded by orchards and only 6 kilometres from Niederlana. In our large garden and on the sunny terrace we spoil you with traditional South Tyrolean dishes, pasta dishes, snacks, cakes and much more. For families we offer a great children's playground and special children's meals.

Atelier Moessmer Norbert Niederkofler is not simply an exclusive restaurant, but the place where the starred chef's sustainable philosophy is fully realised. In the magnificent Moessmer period villa in Bruneck, you can enjoy the 'Cook the Mountain' tasting menu based on the best ingredients from the surrounding mountains and valleys, chosen with respect for their natural cycles and with the aim of minimising waste. Spacious, bright and cosy rooms correspond to the vision of an Atelier: there is the Aperitif and Dessert Room, the Dining room, the Library and the Wine cellar. South Tyrol is the meeting place of two cultures. It is a place where the Alpine and Mediterranean influences touch. These two different cuisines have their own unique and special characteristics. Reservation requested! On the one hand, it is particularly important for us to bring the regional cuisine to our guests, as we have known it since our childhood. However, we would also like to offer our guests perfected Mediterranean cuisine. Our talented chef fuses these two traditions, creating new and extraordinary dishes. We pay close attention to the ingredients used, following a simple principle: We only purchase products that we would personally use when cooking for our own children. Likewise, when buying products, we buy from local suppliers. Following these principles is important to us. On request!

Our tasteful international cuisine in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere with a rich salad buffet and a wide choice of traditional and special wood-oven pizzas will present a delightful variety to your palate. The spacious but comfortable restaurant is furnished in traditional Tyrolean style. Groups and buses are welcome! In summer you can enjoy our tasteful dishes on our beautiful terrace. A large parking area is available to our guests.

The self-service restaurant and the cosy Tyrolean Stube on the ground floor of the Kolpinghaus are open daily, Monday to Friday from 11:45 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Saturday from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. The central location of the restaurant offers its guests a tasty two-course menu of South Tyrolean specialities every day, consisting of classic and international dishes and a large vegetable and salad buffet. On request and by prior arrangement, the restaurant is also open in the evening and at weekends for groups of travellers.

The Bergl Hut is located at an altitude of 2,188 m below the Pleisshorngrat of the Ortler, in the heart of the Stelvio National Park. It is accessible in about 1.5 hours from the Holy Three Fountains in Trafoi via trail No. 18. The Bergl Hut is situated directly across from the second-highest mountain pass road in the Alps, the Stelvio Pass, and offers an impressive view of the surrounding peaks, the stunning alpine landscape, and the Stelvio Pass road with its 48 hairpin turns. The hut delights its guests with a selection of regional specialties. Here, hikers can enjoy hearty dishes such as dumplings, speck platters, and pasta dishes made with local ingredients. Sweet temptations like apple strudel or Kaiserschmarrn are also a must. The Bergl Hut is an ideal starting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours, such as to the Payer Hut or further on to the Ortler, the highest mountain in the Eastern Alps.

Stube, colours, woods, harmony: dining at the Stües is like entering a Ladin house, where tradition is embodied by the strong flavours of the dishes.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren. Our menu also includes gourmet burgers and snacks, as well as typical snacks with speck and local cheeses, as well as soups and salads. Accompanying our specialties is a rich wine list.
