Adventurous snowshoe hike across alpine meadows below the impressive mountain scenery of the Latemar and the Zanggen.

From the town hall square to the fairground, Söllerstraße, after the Hotel Winzerhof turn right into a vineyard path and follow the nature trail (11+11 A) to Lake Kaltern. Turn left at the Hotel Seeleitenhof and follow the signs for "Rastenbachklamm". This is followed by a varied hike over paths, steps, platforms, bridges and past waterfalls and a stream, through the wild and romantic gorge up to Altenburg. Also worth seeing along the way are the ruins of St. Peter, just before Altenburg. Return via Altenburg, Panoramaweg and Römerweg (11) to the Söll fire station and at Hotel Plattenhof back down the nature trail to Tramin.

This tranquil hike leads you from Pietralba/Weissenstein to the hermitage of St. Leonhard, a small church, situated in a lonely wood near the monastery of Pietralba. At this quiet place, and long time ago, Leonhard has found a small sculpture of the blessed virgin, after being saved from an extremely dangerous situation.

Starting from the pilgrimage place Maria Weissenstein a pleasant trail leads across high forests and pastures, wonderful panorama included.

This adventurous snowshoe hike leads through forest and meadows to the most famous pilgrimage site in South Tyrol, the Maria Weißenstein monastery, which is well worth a visit. Numerous votive tablets demonstrate how, for centuries, the devout sought refuge and mercy from the mother of god in times of worry or distress.

This Stone Age Settlement includes a hilltop with heavy over growth, the ruins of a walled fortress, and great views of the Adige Valley.

A pleasant hike through high-altitude woods and alpine meadows with a beautiful panoramic view. Accompanied by typical mountain-meadows overgrown with special flowers and herbs, but also walking through woods, the hikers have the possibilities to stop off at one of the three huts to taste the typical south tyrolean food.

The winter hike to the huts Schönrast, Schmieder, and Lahner in the Eggental Valley provides a scenic journey through a snow-covered mountain landscape. The approximately 4,5-hour hike starts from Obereggen and meanders through serene terrain with stunning views of the Dolomites. The trail passes traditional mountain huts where regional specialties can be enjoyed. This hike is ideal for families, nature enthusiasts, and anyone seeking a relaxing winter stroll in the Alps.
