    Belgium-Berlin-Bressanone 2 friends - 1 culinary journey. Levin (head chef at AO Restaurant) and Alan (chef de partie at Nobelhart & Schmutzig in Berlin) serve a 7-course menu made from regional ingredients with their very own interpretations. Teresa and Eva will be pouring wines from artisan wineries north and south of the Alps. Of course, for all those who want to spend the evening sober, there is an equally exciting non-alcoholic accompaniment. We start at 7.00 pm with a joint chef's aperitif.

    The mountain huts of the La Crusc Skitour Ütia L'Tamá, Ütia Lé, Ütia Nagler, La Crusc-Santa Croce and Ranch da André offer traditional dishes of the Ladin culture, all dedicated to a local product. The precious recipes have been passed down from generation to generation and are based on simple ingredients and identified by their genuine taste. Try the unique and genuine flavours of the Ladin tradition during the whole week. But that's not all! On the occasion of the opening event, each hut will present its special dish during a cooking show, where the chefs will demonstrate how to prepare the delicious Ladin specialities. Enjoy our typical food and immerse yourself in our Ladin world!     The private distillery "Wezl" in Riffian/Rifiano has been around since 2012. Jochen Kofler produces over 20 varieties of grappa and fruit brandies with much love and skill. Multiple awards at the Destillata, including "Edelbrand of the Year 2016" for Grappa Merlot. Named "Italy's national winner" and "Distillery of the highest quality" in 2019. Jochen invites you to visit of the private distillery "Wezl", where he explains how the fine brandies are distilled and they are tasted with delicious chocolate. The guided tour will be in German.

Come by and experience the taste of nature. All these products have been produced and are being sold by the local farmers themselves. In a matter of fact South Tyrol enjoys of a very good reputation as far as the production of quality products is concerned. Thanks to the accurate cultivation methods and the strict hygenic regulations there is no doubt that these goods are of the highest quality and of the best taste.
