Défilés de Krampus dans le Sud-Tyrol

The 6th Krampus Run in Nova Levante goes from the cable car station to the Community House. Experience the thrilling atmosphere as fearsome Krampuses march through the streets. This event showcases fascinating masks, loud bells, and traditional costumes that bring alpine culture to life. After the run, enjoy a DJ and music for a festive atmosphere.

The Göllerspitz Tuifl proudly present their big Krampus parade in Bronzolo/Branzoll. Every two years, around 500 Krampus from numerous groups from South Tyrol and Trentino perform their devilish shows along the alleyways and streets of Bronzolo. The event is then crowned with an after-show party at the Thomsen-Waldele fairground.

The Bad Devils Teis will organise a Krampus parade in the centre of the village Teis. 12 groups from all over South Tyrol will be at the start and over 300 Krampus (devilish folklore figure) will be there. Start festival: 3.00 pm Start of parade: 6.00 pm From 8.00 pm: Party in the fire brigade house with DJ

The Höllischen Pichl/Gsies invite everyone to the big Krampus show run in Colle in the Val Casies Valley. Krampuses from South Tyrol and Austria will take part. The event starts at 7 pm. and ends with an after-show party with a food stand and party music.

The "Brontntol Tuifl" of Laives invite to the Krampus parade on 30 November from 7 pm along Via Cairoli to the intersection of Via Pietralba and Via Dante. This year, 11 groups and over 200 Krampus take part in the parade. Afterwards, the "Aftershowparty" will take place at the Kulturhaus in Laives.

On the eve of St Nicholas Day, the streets are filled with noises, grunts and creepy figures. Wild grimaces, red tongues, pointed horns, heavy bells and fur coats frighten not only children. Please take care of your clothes, we are not liable for any damage.

For more than half a century, the "Nikolauskommitee Schlanders" has been introducing the old South Tyrolean tradition of St. Nicholas parade. Passing the retirement home and the hospital, St. Nicholas runs with his carriage through the center to the Plawennpark, where the celebration ends. In Colfosco there is already a special Christmas atmosphere in the air from the beginning of December. The village is decorated with lights and Christmas ornaments. The church square with the majestic Sella Group as a backdrop is particularly impressive: a landscape straight out of a picture book. Every year, on the church square, memories and customs are renewed, such as the visit of Saint Nicholas, who at 5.30 p.m. visits the children on the church square bringing candies and sweets. The Devils Run is a South tyrolean tradition. The Run starts at 6 p.m. and following party in the village center.

There will be distributed small gifts to the children.

One of the most magical and eagerly awaited traditions of the Christmas season is the arrival of St. Nicholas. He is a wise and kind old man and brings light and warmth during this festive season. Today St. Nicholas awaits you, accompanied by his little angels, to give you a small gift. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The stamping of hooves will send a cold shiver down your spine. A wild mob dressed up with furs, long coats and horns on their traditional masks (Lorfn) are on their way. The Devils outfits are impressive but the wooden masks are an art in their own right. In these often very heavy hand crafted wooden “Lorfn” much imaginative detail can be seen. Together with rattling chains, deafening cows bells, fire spitting little devils and cheeky witches (Perchten) the spectacle and indeed the illusion is complete. The rite harks back to legend. One which tells the story of times of famine where young farmers, men from high up in the mountains dressed in animal furs and horns, went off on raids.

Traditional parade from San Nicolo with the 'Krampus' in the center of Dobbiaco. They pass the S. Giovanni Street and go to the center of Dobbiaco. In the center all children receive a present from San Nicolo. For all viewers and children there is also a free 'Krampus' zone to see the spectacle.

On Sunday 8th December 2024 from 6 p.m. the Krampus with their carved masks and goat skins visit the Christmas market.

Begining of the Festival at 2 p.m. Beginning of the course at 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. big after-Show Party with the devils of Kastelruth Every 2 years a Krampus run takes place in Kastelruth, with groups from Austria, Germany, Switzerland and Italy. The shappy fright figures with their artfully carved masks will provide again for a mad athmosphere, when they move in the village center and introduce themselves to the public. Various clubs will provide food and drinks on the parade. Afterwards a Krampus party is celebrated in the heated tent with a DJ until late into the night.
