From March to the end of October, the biological Gruberhof winery in Marling invites you to guided tours of the wine cellar every Friday at 4:00 PM. Discover the fascinating world of viticulture and learn interesting details about winemaking and the history of Gruberhof during a tour of the historic and new cellar rooms. Since 1995, the estate has been managed organically. With deep dedication for nature and Bioland-certified guidelines, the Gamper family cultivates their vineyards. The wine selection includes native varieties such as Vernatsch and Lagrein, the fungus-resistant Bronner and Souvignier gris, as well as a powerful Merlot and Cabernet cuvée. Wine-tasting with Alto Adige wines at 2000 m. The Wine Skisafari offers a cheerful expedition on skis across the country’s multitude of wines. Tickets are available online and also on the day of the event at participating huts: - Ütia Bioch - Pralongiá hut - Piz Arlara - I Tablá Alta Badia, the Dolomite region for epicurean holidays, supports, among other things, the responsible use of alcohol under the motto: taste, enjoy, but don't overdo it. Too much alcohol on the slopes slows down reflexes and can cause accidents even on the ski slopes. Please remember, when skiing, the consumption of alcohol is permitted in moderate quantities, fines will be imposed if the alcohol level exceeds 0.5 per mille. During the event photos or video footage may be taken for the purpose of documentation and promotion of the event and the region. The footage may be used and published on websites, on social networks and on media in compliance with the data protection regulations.

n the villages of Vilpian, Siebeneich and Terlan asparagus has been grown for centuries. Today 15 asparagus growers in Terlan plant approx. 10 ha of high quality asparagus and sell it under the trade mark and hallmark of excellence Margarete. The elegant looking and extremely mild tasting Terlan asparagus is very popular with the connoisseurs of this white spring vegetable. In April and May several restaurants invite visitors to enjoy classic and creative asparagus dishes made with the valuable Margarete asparagus. Fresh asparagus with home-cured ham, boiled potatoes and Bozner sauce is one of the classics. The meal is accompanied by the fine, mineral containing Terlano “asparagus wine” (Sauvignon) from the Terlan winery.

As the name suggests, this visit is an experience for all the senses, with many interactive stations to explore at the Rochelehof adventure cellar. The vineyards at Popphof are cultivated with great care and dedication. From the first budding to the harvest, every phase in the vineyard is carefully managed. From April to the beginning of November, young winemaker Lukas from the Hillepranterhof invites you to enjoy his exquisite wines every Thursday at 5:30 pm. Immerse yourself in the fascinating world of viticulture on a guided tour of the vineyard and cellar. On request, you can also be served a platter of regional specialties. Winegrowing has been a tradition at the Hillepranterhof for generations. Since 2021, winemaker Lukas has been processing the grapes directly on the estate and marketing his wines independently. Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Vernatsch and Pinot Noir grow on the slopes of the vineyard. The Pinot Noir is a real highlight and embodies the unique character of the terroir. This legendary event at the Alto Adige Wine Road celebrates Alto Adige wine culture with art and culinary delights. A functional shuttle service is at the disposal of participants of this nightly tour of wine cellars. The wineries in Appiano and Caldaro al Lago will await wine lovers at the legendary Wine Cellar Night on Friday, 13th June 2025. They will open their doors and spoil visitors with culinary delights, music, and excellent wines. A chat with the wine grower, getting to know new people and culinary highlights make the evening a special experience. A special shuttle service drives visitors from winery to winery and back home, to guarantee for a safe and carefree evening.

For two days, Kaltern will be all about its local wines. Starting from 6 pm, on Thursday, September 4th and Friday 5th 2025, at the main square, in the heart of Kaltern, the local wine producers will offer their wines for degustation. Visitors and wine lovers will have the chance to taste different wines, get informed by wine producers, cellar masters and wine experts and finally enjoy a nice conversation amongst wine enthusiasts.

From early afternoon till late at night the famous "Traminer Weingassl" or Wine Alleyway will be scene of exciting adventures which, for a few hours at least, will take you far from your daily routine and offer you a special evening in the magnificent autumn detting, along the Wine Road. The celebrations of the "Wine Alleyway", in the heart of the historic centre of Termeno which is open only to pedestrians, is an appointment not to be missed: the best Traminer wines will be offered in cups made for this very occasion along with special South Tyrolean delicacies in an atmosphere of music and folklore.

The historic winery of Elena Walch will open its doors to the concert attendees. After the final notes have faded away in the historically significant courtyard, with a view of the picturesque mountain scenery, we will take you on a journey of discovery through our wine cellars. Today, in the former Jesuit monastery, using both traditional and avant-garde techniques, Elena Walch creates her multi-award-winning wines. The charming contrast between intricately carved wooden barrels and the highly modern fermentation cellar with its architectural highlights perfectly reflects our identity and versatility. Following the concert, there will be a tasting of selected wines in the estate's park, where you'll have the opportunity to experience it for yourself!
