Our terrace offers you a panorama that normally only the Gods deserve. Our restaurant - Pizzeria Sabina is just a few minutes' walk from the center of Compaccio and in the middle of nature. In our small restaurant we attach great importance to fresh, healthy and traditional cuisine. There is also a pizzeria in the Sabina restaurant. All our pizzas are prepared in the stone oven in front of the guest. You can experience an unforgettable day on our sun terrace in the middle of nature with a unique view of the Sciliar. At lunchtime we always serve from 12:15 p.m. to 2:15 p.m. our lunch menu (restaurant kitchen) In the evening from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. evening kitchen and from 18:00 am-20:30 pm our delicious pizzas. The Golden Rose chefs create harmonious dishes every day, a skillful meeting between tradition and innovation, South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine. The herbs and flowers of our garden enrich every dish with color and aromas, with a strongly held respect for nature and for the quality of products that we select from our valleys. On reservation we serve a dumpling menue.

The Dreischusterhütte hut offers every day typical regional dishes: amongst all the delicacies they suggest especially tasty dumplings with goulash, the Kaiserschmarrn with cranberries (Grantn) and the homemade "Äpfelkiachlan" with vanilla ice cream, the specialty of the house.

Our restaurant is situated on the hiking trail „Ultner Höfeweg“ nearby the museum of the Stelvio national park „Lahnersäge“ in the Ulten valley. The bus stops dirictly in front of our house. The „Urlärchen“, three many hundred years old larks and probably the valley’s most famous attraction can be reached after twenty minutes of walk. We serve bacon and cheese, different soups like bacon dumplings, vegetable, barley or potato soup, cheese dumplings, noudles with meat sauce, sausages with French fries, homemade sausages with sauerkraut, goulash, apple strudel, buckwheat cake ...

Our family-friendly hut is easily reachable in approx. 20 minutes (trail suitable for baby strollers). Enjoy delicious typical dishes on our panorama-sun-terrace or in our rustic lounges. A very special children’s playground is waiting for the kids. We are reachable also by mountain-bike.

In the cold season we are the ideal destination for winter hiking, tobogganing and snow shoe hiking. The prepared winter hiking trail, which at the same time is a toboggan run (illuminated in the evening), leads directly to our hut.

In the evening open on pre-ordering - suitable for families and company dinners. Special delicacy days: every Monday we bake delicious Strauben, on Wednesdays hearty Tirtlan and on Fridays we serve tasty Kaiserschmarrn.

Serving Mediterranean Italian specialities, typical South Tyrolean cuisine and homemade ice-creams, we offer our guests a truly special experience. With clear views of the Geisler mountain range, our sun terrace is the perfect place to sit back and relax at the end of a great day out hiking.

Our guesthouse is a farm dating back to the 13th century. For more than 400 years this has been a refuge for guests. Located outside the city in an idyllic landscape, our hotel provides a place of quietness and romance. Everything here is genuine and natural. In our restaurant or in the antiquity pine barrack room from the XVII century you can celebrate your wedding, birthday or family celebration.

Our hut is easily reachable starting from the elementary school in Weißenbach/Rio Bianco (walking time approx. 30 min., suitable for baby strollers), starting from the hut Schnaidaleachn on the exercise path (walking time approx. 45 min.) or starting from the church on the herbs path (walking time approx. 40 min.).

Discover without car – good connection with the public transport; connecting path to the hut Schwarzbachalm (walking time approx. 1,1/2 h).

Easy walk on the sunny side of the Ahrntal valley, open all year, ideal destination for families and seniors – with children’s playground and sun-terrace.

In the cold season a beautiful winter hiking trail leads to our hut.

Homemade specialties and typical dishes

At the mountain restaurant Puflatsch, you can enjoy typical South Tyrolean Cuisine with its specialities such as 'Speckknödel mit Rindsgulasch', Schlutzkrapfen etc. During the summer, our large sun terrace is the right place for a well-earned rest and a cosy lunch or a South Tyrolean 'Marende' (snack). Or simply relax in the rustic ambience of our restaurant or our comfortable lounge.

Mountain Treff is a coffee shop/restaurant in the center of Maranza, directly next to the church square. We offer fresh coffee, some pastries and cakes, and even hot toast as a small snack. We also have an á la carte restaurant for lunch and dinner. Enjoy the warm sunshine on our terrace. Come and see for yourself!

Our Almschank located on the Barbianer pasture at 2.062 m. Accessible: about three churches - Briol - Parking Huber Kreuz on trail 4. trom the Rittner Horn cable car directivity horn Trail 15 and 4. Open from the beginning of June to the end of October. No day off, open until 5:00 p.m.

Relax in the small hut after a leisurely walk. Soak up the sun and try the tasty dumplings and poppy-seed or jam doughnuts. The Tuene hut is situated on the Hans-and-Paula-Steger trail.

Our restaurant is on the cable car station of the Corno del Renon. We offer fine cuisine and prepare local delights, which includes many typical dishes of South Tyrolean fare. Enjoy excellent cuisine on the sun terrace or in our restaurant. Playground for younger guests.

You will find us on the Plose, the local mountain of Brixen, where the Eisack valley displays its natural beauty and heaven and earth are particularly close. Dark forests and soft meadows are our only neighbors. The Trametsch mountain hut – led by Roswitha and Andreas Ellemund- is above Plose valley station and is easily accessible to visitors by car (large car park), as well as to hikers and skiers. As restaurant located right at the bottom of the mountain, we are open all year round. In addition to daily activity, our restaurant in Brixen at the Plose is available also for diverse celebrations and events.

The little Gstatsch hut is newly built with the philosophy of South Tyrolean regionality. At the same time we move away from the tradition and reinterpret a new cuisine. The route up to the hut is family and cyclist friendly. Ideal for un short round on the alp or a mountain tour. We offer hut evenings on reservation, for a great experience.

The guests get delicious Tyrolean and Italian food in the snuggery or on the terrace. Overnight stays are possible.

Our cosy bar on the ground floor is open from morning until evening . The cosy ambience inside the bar and the spacious sun terrace invite you to linger.
