At the finedining restaurant, the focus is always on the guest. Experience a unique evening of which you will long have positive memories! Along with his team, Gerhard Wieser turns the best, fresh ingredients – many of them from the region – into very special culinary experiences. To him, the truth lies on the plate; the true, clear taste stands before the aesthetic presentation of the dishes. To develop this essential taste, he experiments with and improves his technique uninterruptedly, thus revealing that he is a true tinkerer. Pizza take away service on reservation from 5.30 p.m. to 8.00 p.m. In our restaurant you will enjoy tasty traditional Tyrolian as well as Italian dishes. Surrounded by the green of the meadows or the white of the snow-covered slopes. Whether summer or winter: The glass front brings nature directly into the house. And our regional old wood provides real cosiness on two floors. As local innkeepers, the quality of the food is very important to us. That's why we mainly serve fresh and regional food. That's why we get the ingredients for our dishes, among other things, directly from our local organic farm or get them from the butcher and the alpine dairy we trust in Sesto. At Zin Fux we cook with heart. We serve small and large hot meals from midday to evening. With our playground and alpacas, even the little ones won't get bored.

With its repeated commendations, the Hanswirt’s gourmet restaurant is itself a regular feature of the popular Gault Millau, Michelin and Gambero Rosso restaurant guides. Your hosts do the cooking themselves, reinterpreting old recipes and adapting them to the taste of the times: elaborately prepared sauces and pickles encounter fresh, easily digestible fare to produce exquisite taste sensations. Whether served on the terrace, under the arcades or in the stylish farmhouse alcoves, eating at the Hanswirt in Rabland is a feast for all the senses.

The Principe is a reference-point in local restoration, a restaurant – pizzeria where since 1972 guests are heartily welcomed and find a genuine cuisine and savoury pizzas. Located in the centre of town, just a stone’s throw from Piazza Teatro, it offers several seating options including the bright dining room and, during the warm season, a terrace. The menu consists of classic Italian dishes along with some more typical local courses, with fresh fish every Thursday and Friday. There is an ample choice – for lunch as well -of about 80 kinds of pizza made with several doughs, including the wholemeal one, ranging from the very classic to the special and some more creative ones. All pizzas are obviously cooked in a wood-fired oven. Free Wi-fi is available.

Renovated again a few years ago with a fresh but genuinely traditional style, it is the first room in the historic centre where, sitting at tables in the garden, you are kissed by the sun.

The ‘Gartner’ has a considerable role to play among the leading gourmet addresses in South Tyrol. The young squad headed by Toque-awarded chef Daniel Niedermair inspires hotel guests with a very contemporary and exceptionally creative cuisine, prepared using regional produce. Our guests dine either in the winter garden restaurant ‘The view’, in the dining hall ‘The Taste’ or in ‘The Stube’. At lunch time our guests chill on the wood terrace in the lounge, enjoying casual bistro dishes. For an aperitif and after dinner the terrace is a much-used meeting point. Stylish, traditional, elegant, hip,... In the Gartner there are almost no limits to well-being!

Whether for refreshments after a walk, a merenda (snack lunch), a bite to eat or something more substantial, at lunchtime or in the evening, our establishment is always worth a visit. Our kitchen is open daily (except Wednesdays) from 12 noon to 2 pm and from 6.30 to 8.30 pm, offering lovingly prepared Tyrolean and Mediterranean specialities as well as international dishes.

We are located in a very quiet spot along a small valley at 1240m above sea level, next to a small creek, at the feet of the „black horn“ mountain (Corno Nero). Our guest house is a 4th generation old family run structure which has recently been refurbished to modern standards.

Only regional products with a focus on organic growth are used for the preparation of our dishes. Many vegetables and salads and all herbs come from our Langge farm.

The restaurant "Schönblick" invites gourmets to enjoy with its unique panoramic location. The highlight of the restaurant is the spacious panoramic terrace, here you can experience a breathtaking sunset on balmy summer evenings. Guests are spoiled with regional and original dishes, a fine selection of wines and homemade ice cream. Every Wednesday barbecue evening in the summer.
