Our Alpine Restaurant/Bar is located at the foot of the Sassolungo with spectacular views of the Sella Group. We take great pride in our home cooking and one of our specialities is grilled trout (summer months only) which you can fish directly from our lake in front of the restaurant if you want or Tyrolean specialities such as a variety of canederli (Tyrolean dumplings made of bread with speck or spinach) and, for those with a sweet tooth, we highly recommend "Kaiserschmarren" which is a sweet omelette with bilberry jam as well as delicious home-made strudel and cakes. We have a lovely sunny terrace with plenty of deck chairs for sunbathing and relaxing after a hard days skiing or walking. In the winter months we have Italian specialities like Pasta, Pasta & Fagioli (Bean & Pasta soup), Tyrolean dishes and home-made Strudel which can be served on our sunny terrace.

Dantercepies Mountain Lounge enjoys a fascinating location, easily reachable from the famous mountain resort of Selva di Val Gardena via a single lift. During the ascent on the modern Dantercepies cable car, a spectacular scenery will open before your eyes, until you reach our panoramic terrace. If you arrive at Passo Gardena by car, you can reach us on foot or using the comfortable Cir chairlift. Our cuisine relies heavily on traditional Tyrolean meals, whilst at the same time paying special attention to a modern interpretation with a hint of Mediterranean taste. Next to our regional dishes we also offer a wide range of culinary specialties from the grill such as our famous spareribs or our tender steaks, which can be enjoyed in a laid-back atmosphere that is characterized by plain elegance and coziness. La Tambra is the Steakhouse of Val Gardena. We offer a wide choice of high quality steaks from all around the world cooked in a special charcoal oven. Let yourself capture by a cozy wooden ambiente with traditonal food and tasty pizza from the oldest wood-oven in town. All this accompanied by soft Jazz music in the background.

Our cottage is located at the Sella Pass in the heart of the Dolomites mountains with a wonderful panoramic view of the Marmolada glaciar, the Sella massiv and the Sassolungo group. The Sella Pass forms together with the Pordoi Pass, the Gardena Pass and the Campolongo Pass the four-pass-trip, known from the skiers and the treckers as the "Sellaronda".

The kitchen team at the Ansitz Jakoberhof combine traditional farmer’s dishes of Val Gardena with Italian delicacy. It also prepares appropriate plates for guests with special diets or food allergies. While it’s only possible to choose delicious dishes from our restaurant menu at lunch time (between 12 – 14.00 pm) you may also take part at the daily 4 course dinner menu with salad and cheese buffet we serve our hotel guests in the evenings. A vast choice of wines on our wine list will round off the chosen dishes and give you the best experience.
