A visit to the Hopfen & Co. brewery-restaurant is a must for every guest of Bolzano. The former corner tower of the city walls with the old prison, is now a museumlike-building offering culinary hospitality. The medieval cellar houses the fresh and tasty Bozner Bier, which is served directly to the tables in the antique “Stuben” on the three floor's restaurant. A place of culinary pleasures based on appetizing traditional South Tyrolean dishes, with carefully selected products and raw materials from the region. Speck, cold meats and cheese bearing the South Tyrolean brand. Knödel, spätzle, ravioli are made by hand by our kitchen brigade.

The gastronomic concept behind our "BIRRERIA" is the daily search for harmony between the style and tradition of Bavarian restaurants and the quality of Italian cuisine. It ranges from "Paulaner classics", typical local brewery dishes such as dumplings, shin and grilled meats served in copper frying pans, to basic Mediterranean dishes such as pasta, vegetables, fish and of course delicious pizzas baked in two variants, the classic round pizza and pizza by the metre served on elegant wooden chopping boards.

You'll love the great variety of regional recipes we dish up for you. At the Restaurant Steiner, we serve the tasty dishes prepared by our senior chef, Oswald, and his kitchen team. Our cuisine represents an imaginative blend of traditional dishes and specialties. Besides the repertory of South Tyrolean cuisine, we serve exquisite Italian "classics" including seasonal noodle and pasta dishes. The secret of our delicious pizzas? Wonderfully crispy pizza crusts, fresh toppings, and a pinch of Italian "dolce vita." In addition to the wide selection of "classic" pizzas, we can also prepare pizzas according to your personal wishes.

At Zunerhof we daily serve excellent dumplings, “Spätzle” but also Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli with spinach filling) Herrengröstel (meat dish with roasted potatoes), roasted pork knuckle (upon request) and much much more. In addition to that we also offer a fine selection of South Tyrolean wines as well as home-made juices. Wonderful specialities which will be served in one of our beautiful Stuben of the 16th century, or, as soon as the weather allows it, on our sunny terrace. The best South Tyrolean dishes! The Restaurant-Pizzeria Babsi in Soprabolzano has been for about 27 years an important meeting place for both locals and visitors. Traditional South Tyrolean dishes such as ravioli with spinach and ricotta cheese, dumplings and traditional meat dishes are prepared after the secret and closely guarded cookbook from granny’s days. We recommend a glass of fine wine or a draught beer. In the afternoon we serve delicious home-made cakes with coffee, cappuccino, tea or freshly squeezed fruit juices in our traditional dining room and on the sunny terrace. From 5.00 pm, you can also enjoy different Italian pizzas and small, home-made specialties. Have fun and spend time together every night, when junior chef Philip prepares fresh cocktails and drinks for its guests at the bar.

Tradition and Originality! Our Gothic drawing room at the country manor house dates back to the 11th century. It was the residence of the "Lords of Wangen" and also of successive generations. The last restoration took place at the end of the 18th century.
