Guesthouse Noafer has been in the family for three generations, but has been a place to drop by to refresh for much longer.In times gone by all kinds of people who were on the go such as craftsmen going from place to place, inhabitants of Bozen seeking nature, or even farmers who had sold their ware in the valley, stopped by at Noafer to enjoy a nice glass of wine or some "Speck" (bacon speciality) whilst enjoying a friendly chat with the locals in the Stube (rustic wooden room). Nowadays it's families, trekkers, businesspeople enjoying their lunches and many more, but they all come for the same thing. Enjoying nature whilst enjoying some homemade apple strudel, or having fun at a game of cards in the enticing Stube (rustic wooden room) in winter.

At Zunerhof we daily serve excellent dumplings, “Spätzle” but also Schlutzkrapfen (ravioli with spinach filling) Herrengröstel (meat dish with roasted potatoes), roasted pork knuckle (upon request) and much much more. In addition to that we also offer a fine selection of South Tyrolean wines as well as home-made juices. Wonderful specialities which will be served in one of our beautiful Stuben of the 16th century, or, as soon as the weather allows it, on our sunny terrace. Some of the many specialities you can taste at Zunerhof: •Deer gulash with porcino mushrooms •Dumpling tris with salad •“Herrngröstel” with bacon coleslaw •Home-made “Schlutzer” •Roasted pork knuckles cooked in the traditional wooden oven (upon request)

The H. Lentsch Winery is nestled between mountains and orchards bordered by olive trees and ancient cypresses in the sunny south of South Tyrol. About half of the 20 hectares of the old estate are vineyards which thrive in optimal conditions thanks to their location on a large alluvial cone. Here, porous porphyry soil, which stores heat during the day and releases it again at night, and natural ice holes, create a unique, natural microclimate. Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah and the classic Lagrein find ideal growing conditions on the warm, sandy and stony soils. In harmony with the natural conditions, the vines have been carefully and laboriously tended and cultivated by hand for generations. The restaurant with its two large terraces in the centre of Bolzano Bozen has been run by the family business since 1973. Behind the AIDA operates a large kitchen and service team that spoils its many customers with a varied selection of dishes all year round.

The Rechtebner Inn is open on Saturdays and Sundays. Hot meals are available by reservation. For groups of 15 or more, opening outside regular hours is possible by prior arrangement. In autumn, the traditional “Törggelen” is offered to all guests. The bar is open daily for house guests, and light meals can be prepared upon request.

Both in the wintertime and in the summer, the Getrumalm is highly regarded as a destination by locals and many Sarentino Valley guests. It's not for nothing that the Getrum Hut was included in the "Guida Espresso 2016."
