Koefererhof's tiny 5 hectares of wines are located at the base of the Dolomite Mountains between 700 and 800 metres above sea level. recently opened, the Bar Thaler in the Alte Marktgasse in Brixen has already acquired a mega reputation. An absolute meeting place for everyone. This charming establishment in the middle of the old town surprises with its cosy terrace flair, live bands in the evening, unusual drinks and hand-made snacks. But even more with the variety-packed beer menu, the “3fiori Beer Times”. The constantly changing but always more than 70 different types of beer are presented in this ensuring that there is something to suit all tastes from all over the world! Draught Guinness for Irish fans, Batzen-Bräu for local beer lovers, Belgian Trappist beer, IPAs, American Porter, sour beers… to mention just a few. The AdlerCafé invites you to relax, read and chat with other people. Whatever you want to do, it will be accompanied by comfortable background music. Special lamps exuberate a soothing, warm light and create a comfortable atmosphere with our designer furniture and orange-coloured fabrics, as well as the historic walls and vaults. On warm summer days, you can sit outside in the picturesque Adlerbruckengasse under the small porticos.

Restaurant Künstlerstübele Oste Scuro/Finsterwirt is not simply another restaurant. It is an institution in Bressanone/Brixen and truly unique in many ways: its location in the heart of the town, the flair of a restaurant with history, the mixed clientele, exquisite cuisine and warm hospitality.

The pub is located directly at the valley station of the gondola lift Plose: In winter at the end of the Trametsch downhill run and the RudiRun toboggan run - in summer at the end of the mountaincarts route. The large sun terrace invites you to take a comfortable break in winter and summer.

In our bakery and pastry shop "Fabian Profanter - my bakery" in Millan, Plose Street, renovated and expanded in 2018, you will find a wide selection of breads, pizzas, traditional pastries and cakes, which are also made to order in various shapes and sizes in our in-house bakery. In addition you will find organic products such as fruits and vegetables, cheeses and meats, dairy products, beverages and more. We also have many regional, gluten-free and lactose-free products. Artisanal ice cream made by our master can be purchased in the store or enjoyed in our "Capriccio" Bar right next to the store in Millan. A selection of all these products can also be found in our branch "Strudel House" in the old town of Brixen on Adlerbrückengasse street.

The Plonerhof Restaurant Inn in Gereuth is famous for its excellent cuisine and it makes use of locally grown produce (milk, vegetables, meat) as well as game and Tyrolean style specialties. The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Peter Kantioler was able to marry a perfectly good glass of wine with the traditional local and the Mediterranean cuisine. Our restaurant is located in the picturesque village of Albes/Albeins in a quiet and sunny location in the midst of orchards. Our inn is perfect for weddings, corporate dinners or for a relaxing evening. Enjoy Tyrolean specialties and taste the products we produce.

All products from the monastery’s own estates are available for tasting in the monastery cellar, including the Novacella wines, brandies, apple juice, elderflower cordial and the Novacella herbal infusions. We also offer typical Tyrolean snacks of speck (cured ham), smoked sausages (Kaminwurzen) and various cheeses with a choice of tasty South Tyrolean bread varieties. Coffee and various cakes and pastries are also available, such as apple strudel, buckwheat gateau and fruit flan.
