The Arena Ritten in Collalbo (1,100 m altitude) is surrounded by an impressive mountainous landscape. The beating heart of the sport’s world is the ice rink, the stage of countless world cup races and of the 2007 Speed Skating European World Championship. The pride and joy of the Renon is an ice rink: the quickest outdoor rink in the world, where international ice skating stars have broken records. You too have the opportunity of skating on the rink with a beautiful view over the Dolomites.
The ice rink is open from the end of November until the end of February and has the following opening hours:
Wednesday - Friday: 2 pm - 5 pm
Saturday: 1.30 pm - 5 pm
Sunday: 10 am - 12 am and 1.30 pm - 5 pm
The sunny Plateau of Renon gives everyone the right moves to glide with ease on the ice, as our ice stock Players know. Slip on your skates and have a go on the ice rink and ice place of the Arena Ritten in Collalbo, on the ice place in Soprabolzano or on the beautiful idylicc lake of Costalovara.
The natural ice rink in the parc in Schluderns / Sluderno is open daily.
Due to the warm temperatures, ice skating on Lake San Valentino and Lake Resia is currently not possible
The ice ring on Lake Haider offers a unique natural ice skating experience on a natural lake with a circumference of around 500m. Located in the heart of the picturesque Upper Venosta Valley, visitors can enjoy the freedom of open-air skating. The ice rink is accessible without opening hours and without lighting, creating an idyllic setting. Entrance is free, but access to the ice is at one's own risk.

Ice-skating area in Gossensass/Colle Isarco open every afternoon from 2-5 pm in December, January and February.
Ice-skating is good fun for all those who like a bit of movement and entertainment. You should also try to beat your opponents at curling, and get your kids to try their first steps on the ice.
The Weihenstephan Arena is the ice pavilion of Vipiteno and houses the local hockey team, the WSV Wipptal Broncos. With skate rental.
