The Resia Lake offers perfect wind and water conditions for the sport, turning this formerly remote region into one of the most popular kite surfing centers in the Alps. Our trekking guide Florian will start with you from the meeting point at the parking lot in Upper Martelly Valley to an eventful day through the wonderful panoramic world of the National Park. Together with our llama boys Giacomo, Rocky, Rono, Rambo, Casper and Winnetou, who carry your backpacks in the pack saddle, Florian will lead you to the most beautiful places with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. As a certified hiking guide, he will introduce you to the local flora and fauna. Through the spotting scope you may even be able to observe some wild animals, such as deer, chamois and marmots, and thus be almost as close to them as to the national park llamas, whose soothing tranquility will make you feel calm and balanced. We will stop at one of the most beautiful view points, while you will strengthen yourself with a snack of local products from the national park and enjoy the surrounding nature. Via the Panorama Trail we return to the starting point. Another route leads us to the Lyfialm (alping pasture) with its centuries-old primeval larches on the sunny side of the Martell Valley and right to the llama enclosure, the summer quarters of the animals in Thial, nearby the biathlon center. Shuttle to the Nörderberg mountain – parking lot Kreuzbrünnl: Not in the mood for the narrow and steep mountain roads in South Tyrol? Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a shuttle bus will take you from Naturns directly to the Kreuzbrünnl parking lot, starting point for wonderful hikes to the alpine pastures of the Nörderberg mountain, the Monte S. Vigilio or the mountain station of the Aschbach cable car. Alternatively, a shuttle from Kreuzbrünnl will take you back to Naturns. The return trip must be booked separately. Welcome to the 7th edition of the $15,000 ITF Men's Tennis Tournament in Selva di Val Gardena. This tournament promises a week of thrilling competition with high-level sporting performances. The event wouldn't be possible without the hard work and dedication of the participants who have invested significant time and effort into their tennis skills. Recently, the tennis courts have been upgraded to a slower playing surface to align with international standards, thanks to the efforts of the organizing committee and the tournament director. In previous editions of this tournament, local talents have been nurtured, and this year, we will see the participation of promising players from the tennis school. With the presence of numerous South Tyrolean players, we can expect exciting matches in front of an enthusiastic audience. We look forward to an unforgettable tournament week.

Untreated, under certain circumstances these tensions can result in back, muscle and head pains, stomach and bowel problems and a range of mental stress symptoms such as sleep and anxiety disorders, depression and even burnout. The Jacobson Method helps us learn to prevent such problems and better deal with damage that has already been done. Relaxation exercises have other benefits too: the body secretes fewer stress hormones, breathing becomes more even, the blood pressure falls and the heart beats more steadily. And the psyche benefits too: physical tensions are reduced and the body regains its natural equilibrium, thus increasing mental wellbeing. Experience the autumnal alpine splendour during a mountain bike tour together with the Bike Academy Sesto Dolomites. After a few easy uphill sections, you will be rewarded with a marvellous view of the Three Peaks. After a well-deserved break, you return to the village of Sesto. We start at the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten and tackle the first 4 km on a forest road to the Rotwandwiesen (1,950 m). From there, we go over the Schellab-Alm down to the Kreuzbergpass, where trail No. 146 takes us to the Coltrondoalm (1,880 m). We continue on past the Nemesalm Hut to the Klammbachalm (1,950 m). In the end, we return to Sesto. This itinerary takes you from Mühlbach via Vintl and Kiens to Bruneck, along the river Rienz. Get in the saddle with the instructors of the Bike School for an easy excursion on the slopes surrounding San Vigilio, from where you can enjoy the extraordinary autumn views, brightly colored by the foliage.
The route will take you along less-frequented roads, where you will discover old houses and historic farms, built in the traditional Ladin style.

The Ötzi Glacier Tour is an extremely varied one day round tour, which crosses the main chain oft the Alps. It takes place every Tuesday and upon request. The undisputed highlight of this accompanied glacier trekking tour is the discovery site of Ötzi the Iceman (3,210 m). Starting from Kurzras. From the mountain terminal of the Glacier Cable Car, we will travel over the Hochjochferner (2,800 m/9,186 ft.) to the Schwarze Wand and on to the Hauslabjoch (3,280 m./10,761 ft.) We will then descend to the Tisenjoch (3,210 m/10,532 ft.), the site where Ötzi was discovered. Return to the Similaun Refunge in the early afternoon. Every Tuesday a shuttle takes you to the Schartegg car park on the Tscharser Nörderberg mountain. There is the starting point for wonderful hikes to the different alpine pastures. Mountain bikers can explore the new bike area of Nörderberg mountain starting from the Schartegg car park. Limited booster seats for children are available. 46km - 500 m eleveation gain Along the panoramic road we pass the Merano winery and continue through Marlengo to Forst, the largest brewery in Italy. With a gentle climb we reach the entrance to Val Venosta, at Tel. Passing the impressive hydroelectric power plant, we ride down what bikers affectionately call the “little Stelvio” to Lagundo. On the way to Merano we enjoy a wonderful view of the three imposing castles: Tyrol Castle, Brunnenburg, and Thurnstein; the short climb up to Tyrol is steep, but not long. We then cross the Finele Valley to Kuens on the Tiroler Trail, with views of some earth pyramids. We continue along the quiet road to the Val Passiria cycle path and ride down the valley through the Sissi Park to Merano. Following the bike paths we see the most beautiful parts of the city, before passing the large horse racing track and returning via Cermes back to Lana.
