Our downhill basic technique training in the bike park at Kronplatz is the ideal introduction to the exciting world of downhill mountain biking. In this course, participants learn the fundamentals of riding technique, including correct body positioning, line selection, and how to safely master steep slopes. Under the guidance of experienced technical guides, participants can improve their skills and enjoy the adrenaline of downhill riding in a breathtaking environment. Challenging trekking in a place of legends, where unbelievably the wild mountain and the cultural landscape of the alpine pasture cared for by the animals become one and the same and provide us with unique views. We start at the spectacular Lake Braies, in whose water the massive rock faces of the Croda del Becco are reflected and which is a true myth in the mountain world as well as one of the natural wonders of the Dolomites. We walk up through the forest to the alpine pasture where the animals graze: Fojedöra, a magical place where time has stood still and off the beaten track, an authentic and original place. The meadows are home to an exceptional variety of species and give us a view of a lake of our own: Lake Fojedöra. Throughout the walk we will move through the Fanes-Sennes-Braies nature park, also a UNESCO World Heritage site. Lunch there is the possibility to stop at the Fojedöra alpine hut, or we can each have a packed lunch. The sunrise on the mountain is a magnificent natural spectacle and an unforgettable experience! From Laion, we hike along the “Walther von der Vogelweide” Trail descending towards Albions, continuing to Novale and Villnod. From Villnod, we hike along trail no. 2 towards Castel Forte. Once arrived at Castel Forte, we tour the former home of minstrel Oswald von Wolkenstein, one of the most imposing castles in South Tyrol. The guided e-bike tour starts at the Rent and Go bike rental at the Ratschings valley station. We start with a group game and playfully learn the most important riding safety tips. Afterwards we drive together along the Pfeifer Huisele path to Flading to the barefoot path with Kneipp facility. There we have a little refreshment at the witches' fountain. Fun balancing exercises await us before we head back to the starting point. The tour is fun for adults and children from 6 years (only with driving experience).
