The traditional Christmas market takes place from 26th November 2021 to 6th January 2022 in the town centre of Brunico. The guests will find lovely decorated stands with arts and craft, sweet treats and handmade gifts as well as several culinary delights at the Christmas market. Concerts, music, ice rink and the Advent Calender.

We start at nightfall: in the warm light of burning torches we walk through Niederrasen and experience the evening winter world.

Entertaining and rewarding hike on the south side of Kronplatz/Plan the Corones in the Ladin valley of Maréo. We hike through magical forests in the footsteps of the Salváns (forest people of the Ladin legends) against the backdrop of the magnificent Enneberg Dolomites and the glistening waters. In a short time we will reach by our own cars the delightful Ladin village of St. Vigil in Enneberg (1.200m) at the „entrance of the Fanes kingdom“. Free parking and WC at the park visitor center where the hike will begin. There are various prepared as well as unknown shortcuts and paths, so our experienced guide will decide at the beginning of the hike which route will be the ideal one depending on the conditions of the current terrain, ground conditions, snow conditions and so on. An amusing hike in the beautiful valley basin of Olang (1.050m), „ the three village country“ on the east side of the Kronplatz/Plan de Corones. In a schort time we will reach with our own cars the Train Station of Mitterolang, where the hike will beginn. Free parking and WC. We hike on leisurely walking and hiking trails with panoramic views of two different mountain worlds, the magnificent mountains range of the „Olanger Dolomites“, the mountains of the Antholzertal on the main alpine ridge and beautiful views over the Valdaora basin. There are various options for the route. Depending on the condition of the current terrain, ground conditions, snow conditions and so on, our experienced guide will decide which will be the ideal one. We take the local bus (line 424) to the Kreuzner car park, from where we hike along the groomed forest road to the Rodenecker Alp Hut. After a stop at one of the rustic alpine huts, we walk along the Creation Trail to the Zumis car park, where we take the bus to Mühlbach and another bus back to St. Lorenzen/Bruneck. On this family walk you will discover all the tricks, which the animals in the Nature Park have developed to survive during the cold season. With help from a ranger, children and parents will learn together how to interpret animal tracks in the forest. After the adven- ture in the snow, you can warm up with a good hot tea in the Visitor center.
