On October 24, the Eppan Tourist Association invites you to a special evening at Freudenstein Castle, starting from 8 pm: The quintet "Cinquino Brass Ensemble" will take you on a fascinating journey through the finest South Tyrolean brass music. They will present the suite "Hommage to the noble Grapes", which musically explores a wide variety of wines from all over the world. The varied program is complemented by exciting works from the world of music and promises to leave nothing to be desired. You can also enjoy excellent wines from the winery Brigl in Eppan and fine delicacies, which Danilo D'Ambra combines in a sophisticated way from the traditions of Campanian and South Tyrolean cuisine. This culinary experience is accompanied by a unique art exhibition entitled "Wine in the Line" by the renowned Eppan artist Rainer Kainrath. The successful architect and long-standing representative of the South Tyrolean Artists' Association presents his works in an impressive performance. You also have the opportunity to discover an exclusive "secret exhibition" in a secluded room, which offers further insights into Kainrath's fascinating work. Aperitif from 6 pm, concert starts at 8 pm.

Kaltern Pop is the name of Kaltern's lakeview festival, entirely dedicated to everyone who is fond of music, wine and good food. Those who haven't missed the last edition of the Kaltern Pop Festival will remember it as three truly unforgettable October days: about 30 international bands as well as solo artists have inspired and touched both local and foreign visitors with their different styles and great professionalism. Moreover, the wonderful locations as well as the Franciscan Church enriched the experience. Three long evenings characterized by thunderous applauses, nice encounters, new friends and inspiring conversations couldn't remain just a nice memory. Sonja will provide you with information about the South Tyrolean Alpine apple, variety overview, cultivation methods, field work, processing, and marketing. You can expect a tasting of apples and apple juice from a local producer, along with a short walk through nearby orchards. Duration is approximately 1.5 hours. Our Program in Tramin WineSounds on the Alto Adige Wine Road - at Ansitz of Elena Walch Winery On October 28th, we invite you to the Wine Sounds event at the Ansitz of Elena Walch Winery at 10:30 AM. The historic winery of Elena Walch will open its doors to the concert attendees. After the final notes of the woodwind quintet "LIGNUN" have faded away in the historically significant courtyard, with a view of the picturesque mountain scenery, we will take you on a journey of discovery through our wine cellars. Today, in the former Jesuit monastery, using both traditional and avant-garde techniques, Elena Walch creates her multi-award-winning wines. The charming contrast between intricately carved wooden barrels and the highly modern fermentation cellar with its architectural highlights perfectly reflects our identity and versatility. TangoFusion Manor Windegg Kaltern at the lake, 5 p.m. With its "TangoFusion" program, Ensemble Windkraft allows the fantastic interplay of bandoneon, clarinet, and piano to take center stage. The musical journey is in the style of the tango, and showcases the brilliant timbre produced by the virtuoso combination of bandoneon and clarinet. This is an evening in which tango unfolds its magical qualities, full of special musical highlights. The kindergarten and elementary school children parade through the streets of Kurtinig with their St. Martin's lanterns. A specioal attraction are the windows of the houses, which are decorated with handmade, illuminated pictures.

We are particularly proud that exhibitors from SelberGMOCHT Südtirol are represented at the Christmas market - a platform where skilled South Tyroleans present their lovingly crafted pieces.

The Tetzlaff Quartet, founded in 1994, has long since developed into one of the most sought-after quartets of the middle generation. Now they are coming to Eppan at the invitation of KulturKontakt. It was their shared passion for chamber music that brought Christian and Tanja Tetzlaff, Hanna Weinmeister and Elisabeth Kufferath together and led to the formation of a string quartet.

The association Forum Musik Caldaro/Kaltern organizes the advent concert at the parish church in Kaltern.

Saint Urban of Langres is the patron of wine in the German speaking area. He is celebrated on the 25th of May. For this occasion a prayer for good weather and the blessing of the wineries takes place in the chapel of the 'Köstenholz' residence at 6 p.m.. Afterwards, the wineries of Terlano and Settequerce/Siebeneich serve their precious wines and some culinary delights – be it sunny or rainy. Venue: Via Chiesa/Residenza Lehenegg, Via Chiesa/Winery Stocker/Weinmesserhof and Via Margarethe/Residenza Köstenholz.
