2 flow trails that will make any biker’s day! Both trails consist of a 1.6 km easy line, making it a blast for children and adults alike. From the “Mar Dolomit” swimming pool in Ortisei we run along the stream into the valley and follow the no. 18 path, which leads us over the path no. 30B until just under Monte Pana, past the notable Tervela Waterfall. At the base station of the chair lift we turn right to Ruacia, take the Ruacia road uphill to the roundabout in the centre of S. Cristina and from there up the Cisles road until we turn left over the old railway back to Ortisei. Longer Variant: We run along path no. 18, which takes us through the wild romantic Jender Valley towards Saltria and over the path no. 30A to the Monte Pana high plateau.
This route circling the Sassolungo massif is a superlative trial run. The beautiful landscape and the breathtaking views will make you forget the physical exertion. The route runs mostly on a constant elevation between approx. 2,200 m and 2,300 m, so that you experience only small changes in elevation. Starting point is at Sella Pass, from here we run alongside the path no. 557 (Friedrich August Way) to the Rifugio Sasso Piatto. Then we take the no. 527 path, which brings us below the Sasso Piatto to where it forks off to the Rifugio Vicenza. From here, we take the path no. 526 to Tramans. Here we continue on path no. 526 to the Comici hut and over the Città dei Sassi back to the Sella Pass.

Prepare yourself for the new snow adventure: We race over the soundboost, carve through three steep turns, swirl through the fun twister, give the huge cushioned hand a high five while sliding over four waves and greet Slopy, the Funslope inhabitant, when we arrive on the finish line. Covered with pines, the Ciampinoi mountain rises to the south of Selva Gardena sheltered by Sassolungo, a majestic peak in the Dolomites, which towers above it.
The Sassolungo summit dominates Val Gardena with its three residential areas. From the valley bottom the visitor can admire the Odle, Cir, Sella, and Sciliar peaks in the immediate surroundings, the Tofane further away in Veneto, the Ortles and Adamello groups in the west or even some distant mountains in Austria.
The ultimate fun for freeride junkies and those who want to become one. The freeride track starts directly on the top of Ciampinoi.
In winter the ski runs, which have been known since the late 1930s and hosted the 1970 Alpine Skiing World Championships, offer fantastic descents towards Selva Gardena, Santa Cristina and Plan de Gralba.
The lifts and slopes of Ciampinoi are linked to the famous Sellaronda ski circuit, which allows the skier to ski all four valleys surrounding the spectacular Sella Group.
Discover the tranquility of nature with a walk along the edge of the forest in Ortisei. This route offers a pleasant experience immersed in natural beauty and is ideal for a relaxing stroll. The path is also suitable for strollers, allowing everyone to enjoy the serenity and freshness of the surrounding environment.
