You can do just that, surrounded by picture-perfect Alpine beauty! Here at the Rossalm, we know something about tastes and flavours, and here in our Alpine restaurant we give you the best of it all, from breakfast to dinner, to weddings and birthday parties with traditional South Tyrolean specialities, outstanding barbecues, and the odd high-class 5-course dinner once in a while. Sourcing our products locally almost in entirety is a given for us. Sound tempting to your stomach and ears? Then swing by!

The restaurant Geisler on the Plose welcomes you to its comfortable parlor and on the sunny terrace. The restaurant offers a wide choice of dishes as well as traditional Italian dishes. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays we serve fresh fish dishes. You can also enjoy some tasty pizzas cooked in a wood oven for lunch and dinner.

Our kitchen is principally based on traditional dishes of the ladin cuisine of South Tyrol. Typical ingredients as potato, barley, meat, milk products are utilized in the local recipes, using high quality products of South Tyrol. Since some years we have included some gourmet plates, created from star cooks, and their recipes have given our kitchen a creative evolution.

The Berghotel Schlemmer in Plancios serves classic South Tyrolean specialties such as Knödel (dumplings) and Kaiserschmarrn (a dessert made of shredded pancakes) – and not only to its guests. These dishes, as well as Italian pasta specialties, are also available to the many day-trippers, hikers and bikers who stop at the hotel. Absolutely everyone touring the area around Bressanone, the nearby Mount Plose and the vicinity of the Dolomites likes to have a bite to eat in the Schlemmer restaurant. Indeed, our kitchen staff know how to impress food connoisseurs and continuously come up with new creations that can even surprise guests who return year after year.

An Eldorado for sports lovers – as soon as the first snow falls, guests can head to the Ruis ski lift on the hotel’s doorstep, connected to the Dolomiti Superski carousel, and soar up to the Plan de Corones summit. And, when the snow starts to melt and the mountains awaken from their winter slumber, the paths and dirt tracks welcome hikers and ramblers for outdoor adventures set against the backdrop of unspoilt, Alpine nature. We prepare our menus throughout the day focusing on nature and paying the right amount of respect to each and every ingredient. Situated above the Edelweisstal, at the foot of Mount Sassongher you will find this small jewel “Col Pradat,” embedded between the majestic Dolomites of Alta Badia, right next to the ski lift of the same name. You can see everything from here: From the terrace you can look directly into the Mittagstal, the Marmolada, the Cristallo, the Tofane, the Langkofel, and the Sassongher. In the summer, you can conveniently get to us on foot, with a mountain bike, or come directly to us via the ski lift. The refuge is reachable also by Gardenacia cableway, then about 40 minutes on foot. Completely restored during spring 2009; run by Nagler family of Badia.

In Guesthouse Pederü we look after your wellbeing – of course also from a culinary point of view. And we do this personally: Walter is responsible for the cuisine while Paul, Erika and Walter look after the service. DINNER ON REQUEST!! We serve typical specialities from South Tyrolean farmers' cuisine. For the production of meals we mainly use products from our own garden or from nearby farmers. It is important for us to use regional products and food of the highest quality. Our dumpling and game specialities can be especially recommended… and the latter are hunted by the host personally.

An exclusive refuge in Alta Badia - the ideal place in summer and winter. The PIZ BOÉ Alpine Lounge, at an altitude of 2,200 metres, adjacent to the mountain station of the Boé cable car, is conveniently accessible for everyone: skiers, hikers or even families with children. Here, an unusual, modern alpine hut awaits you, characterised by ample space and modern furnishings. You can admire the Dolomite panorama from the large windows of the KELINA Fine Dine, sip a special aperitif in our AMIRÉ Lounge or have lunch together in the PLAN DE SASC - Show Cooking Area with a breathtaking view of the Sassongher.

We pamper you with specialities from South Tyrolean cuisine and Mediterranean classics. We almost exclusively use regional ingredients and cook with so much love according to traditionali recipes.

Enjoy our handmade specialitis The alpine air at the Fodara Vedla alp makes you really hungry! Whether after a wonderful excursion in the Dolomites or during your stay in our refuge, we will spoil you with handmade dishes from the local cuisine. Our menu offers various crispy salads from our garden, handmade pasta dishes, as well as Tyrolean specialities like dumplings and divers meat dishes. For a sweet finish we will surprise you with handmade cakes and elaborate desserts.

Welcome to our mountain hut in La Val, in the heart of Alta Badia. Here, at 2000 metres, you can enjoy breathtaking views, authentic Ladin cuisine with products from our farm, and a warm welcome. After a day of hiking, relax in our rustic and comfortable ambience. We look forward to offer you a unique experience in the Dolomites. The mountain hut is closed in winter.

Ütia da Rit mountain hut is located in an amazing territory, among the most famous Dolomites Peaks, and it is an important refreshment point for tourists and travelers. Our mountain hut is in the small village of La Val ("La Valle") at 2000 meters altitude, at the gates of the beautiful Natural Park of Fanes-Sennes-Braies. Our guests can enjoy here the typical South Tyrolean cuisine and wines, both inside and outside the hut. Our tasty but healthy menu offers cold starters, traditional alpine soups, home-made pasta, meat and egg plates, as well as tasty desserts…
