Entering a bakery and discovering a world that goes far beyond baguettes, ciabatta, and everything else, to be enchanted by perfectly prepared dumplings, an apple strudel that says “Eat me,” and cookies that whisper “Deliciousness.” Yes, let yourself be seduced by Michele, who learned the art of baking as a child, following in his father's footsteps, and has been working full-time in the family business for three years. On Wednesday of each week you can ski from one alpine hut to the next and taste the Bestof togheter with a specialized sommelier. The tasting includes various hand made milk products from local dairy cooperatives. A ski instructor takes care of you and will bring you back safely.

Local and seasonal, straight from the producer. Farmers from the surrounding area bring their own farm produce to the Brixen old town centre. Depending on the season, fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products, eggs, flowers, honey, homemade jams and pasta sauces, refined distillates and organically grown herbs as well as wooden handicrafts are offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays. From April to October, local associations prepare fresh tirtln (fried stuffed pastry) on site on a weekly basis. This means that every Saturday is also a culinary experience. This market has been a popular, lively meeting place for locals and guests for 30 years.

The farm is situated in S. Maddalena in the Val Vasies Valley at an altitude of 1400 m to 1500 m - an ideal area for the animals. You have the possibility to visit not only the animals, but also an entire farm. Pigs, horses, cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, birds, llamas, cats and hares of all breeds are represented here, as well as domesticated animals from other continents. The animal population is constantly renewed. Spacious playground. We reserve the right to keep the park closed in case of bad weather.

In the evening we set off for a special experience in the mountains. We enjoy the tranquility of the atmosphere and hike togheter to the Alpe di Siusi and experience the magic of the full moon, while I tell you stories about the area. To conclude our hikes we stop for dinner at the Gostner hut.

In the evening, the snow-covered landscape of wintertime Deutschnofen has a magic all its own. The moon and stars make the snowy slopes sparkle – if the sky is cloudy, we simply bring along some torches to light our way during our romantic nighttime stroll. Meeting place: Always at 6:00 p.m. at the Deutschnofen Tourist Agency. The 4-km-long tour involves 200 meters of altitude differential and takes about two hours. Anna-Maria from the Kronlechnerhof farm is a farmer with passion. On her farm in Welschnofen | Nova Levante there are various animals and in summer she has a colourful garden with all types of vegetables and fruits. After a short tour of the farm we cook together various types of dumplings with the farm products. Finally, we taste together the dumplings. All participants will receive the recipes of the South Tyrolean specialities to take home.
