The Mangutsch family is pleased to welcome you to the restaurant Mumant in San Cassiano in Alta Badia. Here you will find an intimate and welcoming atmosphere in a bright and elegant setting, characterized by warm colors and wooden furnishings. The large windows of the restaurant will give you a breathtaking view of the Dolomites and the Piz Sorega while you enjoy a delicious break. Our chef Manuel Mangutsch will surprise you with always new and original creations. There is something for everyone on our à la carte menu! Our guests can choose between typical dishes of Val Badia, rich in tradition and prepared according to original recipes, among which game specialties stand out, or refined and delicious international specialties, with Mediterranean or exotic accents, for a journey into taste. The careful selection of high quality South Tyrolean products, always fresh and seasonal, is the basis of each of our creations, for an all-round culinary experience.

The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.

The chef of our restaurant in Chienes/Kiens artfully reinterprets the Alpine culinary tradition by drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean and international cuisines. With every bite, you can taste the premium quality of the ingredients and the creative passion that goes into all our dishes. Every meal is a memorable experience at the Bonfanti restaurant. The Schneeburghof is located on the most beautiful observation deck from Dorf Tirol/Tirolo, in the middle of plantations from orchards. From 11 am to 6 pm we offer cold dishes and from 6 pm to 9 pm also warm dishes. Every Friday we organize a barbecue-evening, in which you must sign in until 11 am of the same day.

The inn is situated on the Waalweg path.

The menu of the restaurant and pizzeria L'Faná includes a wide range of appetizers, starters, main courses, side dishes and desserts, to which is added a list of pizzas and calzones made with authentic ingredients selected with the utmost care.

Our chef and his team prepare specialties from Ladin tradition, as well as Mediterranean and wellness dishes. In particular, we recommend trying the various dishes with polenta and game, as well as traditional Ladin dishes like cajinci. A highlight for all our guests is the Kaiserschmarren. Our menu also includes gourmet burgers and snacks, as well as typical snacks with speck and local cheeses, as well as soups and salads. Accompanying our specialties is a rich wine list.

The main feature of Monte Cherz is its tradition, evident in every detail, from the dining rooms to the bar. The restaurant offers classics of Ladin tradition, from the typical canederli with butter and smoked ricotta to the strudel with South Tyrolean apples, cinnamon, raisins, and pine nuts, all made according to traditional recipes.
