The Foodparc Brix 0.1 restaurant is an innovative concept that combines kitchen, bar, pub and ice cream shop under one roof. In line with the concept it is also architecture - cosmopolitan and modern - and it is still rooted in South Tyrol.

The pub is located directly at the valley station of the gondola lift Plose: In winter at the end of the Trametsch downhill run and the RudiRun toboggan run - in summer at the end of the mountaincarts route. The large sun terrace invites you to take a comfortable break in winter and summer.

The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.

Vinus the wine shop in the historic center of Bressanone has established itself since 1998 as the most outstanding address for the successful combination of wine bar and kitchen. Koefererhof's tiny 5 hectares of wines are located at the base of the Dolomite Mountains between 700 and 800 metres above sea level. At this high altidude the variation in temperatures from day to night is ideal, and the carefully tended high-density vineyards yield intensely fragrant, concentrated and well-balanced wines.

We offer different types of pasta which we prepare fresh on a daily basis. We take our Italian culinary heritage seriously. This is why you can expect carefully selected, high-quality ingredients from Südtirol and Italy that meet organic standards. We're three adventurers with a passion for great pasta. In 2021, we set up our shop Carma at the gourmet haven Brennerstrasse 6 in Brixen to share with you our prized tradition of comforting Italian cuisine. At Tapas you can enjoy traditional local and international cuisine. In addition to the varied lunch menu with delicious regional dishes, we serve a variety of snacks for smaller appetites throughout the day.

Our pastry treats you with our specialty pastries: croissants with chocolate and walnuts, south tyrolean strudel, chocolates and various cakes. The cakes are made to order for any occasion. In summer you will find our homemade ice cream that you can comfortably enjoy in our garden.

The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.
