Since more than 50 years we spoil our guests with typical southtyrolean dishes. You will enjoy the meal - not only because of the marvellous view and the sun-kissed location. The boss himself is responsible for the delicious dishes, trying to use only fresh and local products and to make as much as possible on his own (ravioli, noodles, dumplings, soups,...)

The restaurant at Hotel zur Linde in Rio Pusteria invites you to enjoy South Tyrolean delicacies in a genuine and cosy atmosphere. In two pleasant furnished dining rooms we offer you alpine specialities and tasty dishes from the Italian tradition. From a quick snack to a complete gala menu – we offer you a lot of different dishes.

Our Restaurant is opened also during the gastronomic week "Terner Bauernkuchl" in autumn. Discover, experience and enjoy dishes made according to traditional recipes of the Pustertal Valley. On inquiry we cook also for bigger groups, Special occasions or celebrations.

The restaurant is recently renovated and makes sure that the guests can eat excellent dishes proposed by the host himself in a comfortable atmosphere. The menu offers both the typical South Tyrolean specialities and the light dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. In the pizzeria, the chef will prepare for you tasty pizzas cooked in a wood-fired oven.

In addition to selected international dishes, particularly our South Tyrolean specialities provide a holiday experience for the palate. Dishes labelled as regional cuisine really do contain the full flavour of South Tyrol. From lush alpine meadows to the local mountain pastures - the treasures of nature promise an alpine-Mediterranean feast for the senses. Simply visit our Restaurant and Pizzeria in the reception building of our natural campsite. There is a selection of delicious regional dishes the menu. A campsite with a restaurant does the cooking for you and creates a place where you can feel good, where you can get to know other people and socialize. On request. all dishes can also be ordered for take-away.

In our Restaurant we will spoil you with light, authentic Italian cuisine and great variation of typical Tyrolean dishes accompanied by exquisite local and Italian wines. The traditional alpine hut is located on a vast clearing at 1,700 m above sea level. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you! The hut can be reached from the Ackerboden car park in 1 hour, in summer also via the Bressanone Altitude Trail in 3 hours.

Get pampered in the rustic knight's cellar deep beneath the houses of Chiusa/Klausen, on the sun terrace with its picturesque views of the Isarco/Eisack river esplanade or right in the romantic alley of the historic centre. Our typical regional delicacies, varied menus and our wide range of Italian specialties leave nothing to be desired. In addition, choose from our great selection of quality wines or try our home-brewed "Gasslbräu" beer . Experience true pleasure at the Walther von der Vogelweide restaurant.

The host will personally look after your physical wellbeing in Hotel Waldrast. He prepares delicious dishes from traditional and national cuisine, which are served in the Tyrolean "Stube". Taste some of the traditional South Tyrolean dishes and also Italian cuisine in Hotel Waldrast.

In the centre of the diocesan city of Brixen, under the arches, stands the townhouse of the Hotel Fink, due to be refurbished in the coming months. Uncovering the historic structure and respectfully renovating the old oriels and frescoes will create space in order to revive the building’s original character. The nine suites, restaurant and spa, all lovingly furnished in a clear and purist style, underline the townhouse’s cloistered atmosphere. The fink restaurant and suites will be ready to welcome you from June 2023

Whether you are looking for friendly company over a nice glass of wine or a genuine taste sensation, we are looking forward to your visit! We will be pleased to indulge you in our in-house pizzeria with an original Italian pizza created by Herbert, our pizzaiolo. You can taste the variety of the different pizzas or create one for yourself. Experience an Italian pizza – famous the world over – on our terrace as the sun goes down. Enjoy the popular Sylvaner white wine in the Sylvanerhof's bar. Our guesthouse opened in 1969 and was named after this grape variety. As pioneers of the variety, our father and grandfather planted it on the slopes of Kranebitt and Neustift. Since then it has become one of the most highly valued wines in the Eisack Valley. You can enjoy the peace and unique view of the Karspitz and Lake Radlsee over a delicious ice cream sundae or a homemade apple strudel and an excellent Italian cappuccino from our sun terrace.

The Turmwirt is located in the historic center of Gudon between the church and Castel Summersberg. In the former clerk building of the 17th century the Gasser family serves since 5 generations seasonal and regional dishes accompanied by fine wines from the surrounding vineyards.

Our kitchen team headed by Chef Elmar Wild is renowned for its creative, tasty cuisine which always uses natural and healthy ingredients. We offer typical South Tyrolean specialties as well as a selection of Italian and French dishes. Each day of your stay will therefore be rounded off by culinary delights, combining traditional as well as Mediterranean influences, accompanied by fine wines. We also offer a wide range of different pizzas made in a traditional wood oven, fresh salads from the buffet and fine desserts.

The pub is located directly at the valley station of the gondola lift Plose: In winter at the end of the Trametsch downhill run and the RudiRun toboggan run - in summer at the end of the mountaincarts route. The large sun terrace invites you to take a comfortable break in winter and summer.

BRIOL be reached either on foot or by taxi-terrain vehicle. The restaurant is open daily.
