Our traditional dishes are based on excellent products from our agriculture and the region: dumplings with goulash, creamy soup from the Rit meadows, and tagliatelle with ragout are some of our specialties. Of course, we offer a wide range of wines and beers from South Tyrol cannot. The Ütia Bioch Refuge 2,079 m boasts a long tradition of Ladin hospitality since 1990.
