You will enjoy refined regional dishes combined with light Mediterranean cuisine. Walther focuses on the use of herbs, which he grows in his herbal garden. He also grows lettuce and vegetables in his garden. Walther loves to cook and bake: home-made bread, cakes like out of a professional pastry, home-made pasta and other culinary delights.

Everyone who stays in the Marinzenhütte may enjoy about the beautiful sunterrace and a comfortable lawn. There are a petting zoo and a children's playground.

The Tuffalm is located near the Völser Weiher at the foot of the Schlern mountain. Due to its idyllic location, culinary treats of the South Tyrolean cuisine and its surpassing hospitality, the rustic lodge is a popular destination for those who enjoy active and relaxed holidays. This is the ideal place to forget about time and worries. Immerse yourself in the marvellous nature and enjoy the view over the wide and lush alpine meadow. Therefore, in 2007, the readers of the most popular local newspaper voted our Tuffalm the most beautiful mountain hut in South Tyrol. The hut is open every day from Easter until the end of January from 08:00 to 18:00 o’clock. In addition to that, every Thursday you can listen to live music from 26th May to October. Of course, you can also stop by in the cosy hut to take a short break before you head out to more fantastic hiking tours in the National Park Schlern. Our house is family run and located on the southern town entrance about 200 metres from the village centre.

Young chef Franz Mulser conjures up superlative dishes in a small kitchen just two and a half square metres in size at an altitude of 1930 m. The young chef’s maxim is “fresh and natural”. The hut has a maximum capacity of 25 people and, in the evenings, meals must be booked in advance. During the day, hikers and, in winter, skiers and snowboarders come here in search of refreshment. The evenings are particularly relaxing and guests can enjoy Franz’s dishes, such as hay soup with truffles or local venison.

The family-run hut offers Tyrolean cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. The Saltner hut is situated close to the Florian ski slope and the Saltria bus stop.

Our Restaurant is situated in the middle of the Alpe di Siusi.

In our restaurant you can savour typical South Tyrolean cuisine, mediterranean and international specialties as well as great local and Italian wines. In addition to half-board, you can have a delicious local lunch on our wonderful panoramic sun terrace or in our restaurant „Rundegg”.
