Our kitchen specializes in regional dishes. On reservation, we also provide food for different occasions such as Birthday party, first communion, confirmation and so on.

Our guesthouse is a farm dating back to the 13th century. For more than 400 years this has been a refuge for guests. Located outside the city in an idyllic landscape, our hotel provides a place of quietness and romance. Everything here is genuine and natural. In our restaurant or in the antiquity pine barrack room from the XVII century you can celebrate your wedding, birthday or family celebration.

Only regional products with a focus on organic growth are used for the preparation of our dishes. Many vegetables and salads and all herbs come from our Langge farm.

Wir bewirten Sie gerne auf unserer großen Panoramaterasse sowie im Garten mit Liegewiese. Es finden im Sommer verschiedene Veranstaltungen statt wie das Brotbacken im urigem Steinbackofen, wo Sie miterleben können wie das Brot entsteht und natürlich gibt es auch Brot zum mit nach Hause nehmen. Zu Mittag gibt es Grillfeiern sowie Fondue auf Vorbestellung.

The ancient inn: The Traube is documented as an inn in texts dating from the 17th century. The Niedermair family, who runs the hotel, has owned the ancient building for the last hundred years. Are you a self catering tourist? Do you prefer a bed and breakfast accomodation? Or is the classical full board your favorite option? Enjoying ice-cream is a top priority for over 35 years with us. In the summer of 2014, we have put our ice production in a whole new packaging to offer a much wider product range. In "Mannis Café & Ice Cream Parlor" there is anything that really brings the enjoyment at full speed - ice cream, ice cream sticks, apple strudel, pies and cakes. And every single product is of course home made. The team in Mannis Cafè & Ice Cream Shop is pleased to make the hot days a little more comfortable with pleasurable cooling.

Our chef of the house will spoil you personally with a variety of delicacies. In the morning we served you a rich breakfast buffet with various South Tyrol special features, homemade jams and cakes , breads, a variety of different yoghurt and cereals and an organic corner with products from strictly controlled cultivation. At lunch time we serve you in our restaurant “Tesselberger Stuben" a variety of international dishes or you can satisfy the hunger in the afternoon with a hearty snack, with different cakes and ice creams. As part of the half board in the evening you can choose between a 3-4 course menu of international dishes, as well as a fresh salad and appetizer buffet. There waiting for you special evenings such as Gala Dinner, South Tirol evening (in autumn). On request, we serve vegetarian food, dishes without Lactose or without gluten. Bon appetit!

Farm-to-table dining-our restaurant Those who like to enjoy sustainable food will fall in love with it in our restaurant and the concept of zero-km-food. Regional, seasonal, high-quality and organic ingredients end up on your plate, on your fork, in your spoon and in your glass. Anyone who thinks organic is boring will be shown otherwise: Take a seat and embark on a new culinary journey. The small menu offers dishes and specialities that change with the seasons, which will delight both big and small connoisseurs. And because even the best food doesn’t taste good without a cosy atmosphere, we have thought of everything. Floor-to-ceiling glass fronts bring nature in and give you a clear view of it: the flower meadow and playground, the cottage garden and the stables with animals to pet and love.

The restaurant offers traditional Italian dishes and South Tyrolean specialties. It works normally in the evening, during the summer months it is also proposed to lunch for full board We propose dishes dietetic and gluten-free.

The Lercheralm is a hut in Oberwielenbach and a popular excursion destination - also with baby carriage and Mountainbike.

Our chefs are challenging their art to be the most demanding palates. The menu of the restaurant is refined continuously and consists of many homemade pastas and typical products of the region Trentino-Alto Adige.

A culinary day at the Jochele has plenty to offer! The bustle of hard work starts in the hotel kitchen when the cock first crows in the morning. Chef Horst and his team treat fans of South Tyrolean cuisine to typical specialities and international creations. At lunchtime and dinner time, the menu includes a tempting selection of favourite South Tyrolean dishes: home made Schlutzkrapfen, cheese and bacon dumplings with coleslaw, aromatic herb dumplings and Kaiserschmarrn pancakes.
