The local hiking guide will lead you on this easy circular hike to the show distillery. It goes past high moors, watercourses and alpine meadows. The tour starts at the Ratschings valley station in front of the Rent and Go bike rental. We follow the Pfeifer Huisele path along country lanes and forest roads towards the Klammalm. From here onwards, the technical riders are in their element. The trail towards Wumblsalm has it all. This is followed by a short descent across meadows before a partly challenging section leads to the highest point of the tour, the Wasserfalleralm. Here we enjoy a long break with good food. Guided E-Bike Tour From our starting point in Reschen, we head uphill towards the Vallierteck Chapel and continue uphill along a gravel path towards the Rescher Alm. On this ascent you are rewarded again and again with a great view of the lake landscape. We like to stop at the Rescher Alm to enjoy the great view of lake Reschen and the delicious traditional food before continuing on a gravel and forest path past the border stone. First on a meadow path, then narrower and partly more challenging, the trail leads us from the open terrain into the forest to the idyllic lake Grünsee. After a short challenging part, we reach the lake Schwarzsee. Those who pre-fer not to ride a trail can also use the forest road to Schwarzsee. From here we descend into the valley. We now have a nice choice among the forest road as well as the old "Tiefen Sommerweg" (S1-S2, partly rough) or the family trail (No. 70, S1) to Nauders. For our trail lovers, you may prefer to continue on the 3-Länder Trails to reach Nauders by descending the Oberen Gerry Trail (no. 69, S2) or part of the Kreuzmoos Trail (no. 68, S2) as well as the Familytrail. From the valley we take the cycle path up to the Reschenpass over the border and back to the starting point. Alternatively, we cycle uphill in Nauders via a steep gravel road towards the Bergkastel cable car mountain station. Take the trail Almtrail (S1) in the direction of Plamort. You pass directly by the restaurant Stieralm. From there the trail continues to the Plamort plateau and then joins the Plamorttrail. After passing the tank barriers, a small trail climb opens up a stunning view over the Vinschgau Valley with its unique lake landscape. The descent to Reschen either by following the Bunker Trail (S2), which is technically more demanding in parts, with the following Etsch Trail (S1), which dives into the forest, or by following the forest road to the village of Reschen. This tour is now a must because it's simply fun! The Plose Bike guides have discovered new, challenging trails that are accessible after an additional ascent. But don't worry, for those who want to take it easy, there is still the classic, easier route available. And for those who don't know the tour yet: look forward to three peaks and varied trails: The Gitschberg Jochtal cable cars do most of the elevation gain for us. After a steep, not too long ascent, we reach the Kleine Gitsch and thus our first summit. A varied mix of technical, flowing and rough trails lead us down into the valley of Vals, where a leisurely climb to the next cable car awaits us. After another ride on the cable car, we reach our lunch stop. Refreshed, we have another ascent to the second summit, the Stoanamandl. Take a short breather and enjoy the view of the surrounding mountain landscape. On the third peak, the Alte Karl, we enjoy our third summit moment. From the Jochgrimm/Passo Oclini car park (individual arrival), the hike with hiking guide takes about 50 minutes through flowering alpine meadows and fragrant mountain pine forest up to the rocky, white summit of the Weißhorn/Corno Bianco (2313 m). This itinerary takes you from Mühlbach via Vintl and Kiens to Bruneck, along the river Rienz. Regarded as the beating heart of the Pustertal valley, this vibrant little town has a historic centre with a picturesque main street that invites you to stroll and indulge in some retail therapy. After a short stop in Bruneck, the tour follows an alternative route back to Mühlbach. On the way back, you will make a stop at the Capriz show dairy. Start from the Bike Academy Sextner Dolomiten in the direction of Sexten, then slightly uphill to Mitterberg and on to Nemes Alm. After about 20 minutes we reach a plateau called "Saumad" (1.750 ) where we turn left to the Klammbach-Alm (1.940). Also here we are challenged again to enjoy after approx. 30 minutes at the Almhütte the dreamlike view of the Three Peaks. Arrived at the Klammbach hut, we take a break and enjoy the "Schmankerln" by Hannes, then when Leon briefly unpacks his accordion then the mood is perfect. Passing the "Hennstoll" and via the Sesto circular trail we return to Sesto to the Bike Academy Sesto Dolomites.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday a shuttle bus will take you from Naturno directly to the Kreuzbrünnl parking lot, starting point for wonderful hikes to the alpine pastures of the Nörderberg mountain, the Monte S. Vigilio or the mountain station of the Aschbach cable car. Alternatively, a shuttle from Kreuzbrünnl will take you back to Naturno. The return trip must be booked separately. One way is the Jacobson relaxation technique, known as progressive muscle relaxation. The technique is an easy and quickly learned method that helps to relieve tension brought about by stress and overexertion. Untreated, under certain circumstances these tensions can result in back, muscle and head pains, stomach and bowel problems and a range of mental stress symptoms such as sleep and anxiety disorders, depression and even burnout. The Jacobson Method helps us learn to prevent such problems and better deal with damage that has already been done. Relaxation exercises have other benefits too: the body secretes fewer stress hormones, breathing becomes more even, the blood pressure falls and the heart beats more steadily. And the psyche benefits too: physical tensions are reduced and the body regains its natural equilibrium, thus increasing mental wellbeing. Stresses and strains brought about by anxiety, worries and pain diminish.

From Naturno you cycle comfortably along the Adige cycle path to Merano. From the Thermenplatz square, head eastwards through the Elisabeth Park into the Passeier Valley. Mostly flat, with a slight incline, you can enjoy the marvellous landscape along the Passeier cycle path (19 km). The refreshing air of the Passer accompanies you along the entire cycle path to St. Leonhard.
