An exciting adventure awaits us on the way to the summit of the Amthorspitze near Sterzing. Our ascent begins on an asphalt road that turns into a forest path. The steep path winds its way through the forest, past old ski lift routes, to the Hühnerspielhütte. The trail becomes more technical before it leads above the tree line onto a wide access track to the abandoned military base. Shortly after the base, the trail begins below the summit and after an exciting carrying section, you enter the flowing trail section with a free choice of lines.
