All Saints market in Lana in the J.-Kravogel and F.-Höfler Str., from 7.30 - 13.00. The following roads will be closed during the market: Lorenzerweg, Franz-Höfler-Strasse, Johann-Kravogl-Strasse. Parking is prohibited on all streets and squares from 06:00 to 16:00.

Discover the secrets of wine on a hike through the vineyards above St. Martin/ S. Martino. During the discovery hike you will learn about the history of the Passir winery, the work of the winegrowers and you can taste the Solaris and Kerner wines that grow there. Finally, short guided tour of the winery with tasting appetizers. Walking time: approx. 30 min.

ONLY IN GERMAN! From the beginning of October, at the end of the grape harvest, until the beginning of the pre-Christmas season is "Törggelezeit". After leisurely walks through the golden autumn landscape, guests and South Tyroleans enjoy the products of the harvest, especially chestnuts and new wine (Sußer). On this week's hike we visit the Untermeinlechnerhof. We take the bus from the village centre in Schenna to Verdins and then hike to Untertall to Untermeinlechner and after a cosy stop for refreshments back to the starting point. From here you are free to decide whether to return on foot or by bus. Of course, a Törggelemenü and hearty music are not to be missed! Would you like to discover the art of baking bread? Then join farmer Elisabeth on a walk to Schildhof Obergereuth, where you will learn all about bread. Together, you will prepare the dough and shape the pumpkin bread, which is then placed in the oven. While the bread smells in the oven, we enjoy a delicious potato soup with cheese from the Schupferhof cheese dairy and bacon from the Oberpirchhof farm. Will the end result taste good? There's also the innkeeper and his "rancid" cook. One can easily understand the murderer – you'd like to kill all these unpleasant participants... Have you ever wondered what stories and traditions are hidden behind the facades of our village of St. Leonhard/S. Leonardo? On a guided hike through the village centre, you'll delve deep into the history of the village. The tour takes you from the historic village bridge to the MuseumPasseier. A guided tour of the "Heroes and Hofer" exhibition awaits you there. After lunch, you will receive free admission to the museum to experience the history and culture of the valley even more intensively. Walking time: approx. 30 min. The event will be in German.

At the popular "Vieh- & Kramermärkte" you can find tasty and useful things. Four times a year, market stalls with local delicacies, everyday necessities and clothing await visitors.

ONLY IN GERMAN LANGUAGE! We take a taxi to the Hofer sawmill, and from there we hike together to the hunting lodge in the Schenna hunting area. With binoculars and a spotting scope, we then set out to observe deer, chamois, and ibex. Afterwards, we will have a hunter’s breakfast together.

9 November is a fateful date for all those who are aware of history. With our music, we seek roots and connections to Jewish culture. For with the destruction of the synagogues on 9 November 1938, the beginning of persecution in Germany and the subsequent Holocaust, a large part of European Jewish culture was wiped out. Musically united are well-known jazz musicians and klezmer musicians who combine the elements of jazz and klezmer. Openness is one of the characteristics of both musical styles and also of our region, which has always allowed cultures and languages to communicate with each other. The songs in Yiddish are reminiscent of pain and resistance, but also of tenderness and care. The spirituality and intimacy of this music evokes the miracle of survival on the one hand and points to the depth and beauty of Jewish culture and music on the other. 9 and 10 November 2024 the Touriseum at Trauttmansdorff Castle will play host to Meran’s sixth Vintage Market. Trauttmansdorff Castle will for the whole weekend be devoted to the idea of “vintage”. From 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM each day, selected market stalls will be offering collectors and browsers high-quality antique accessories ranging from sunglasses to hatboxes. The retro atmosphere will be complemented with live music and dancing from bygone eras as well as many other highlights. *Vintage in English means classic, old, traditional: it refers to the fashions, furnishings and everyday objects from the 1920s through to the 1980s.

On 11 November 2024, St. Martin's Day will be held in St. Martin/S. Martino, celebrating the holy patron saint of the village. Programme: At 9 pm, the festive service will take place in the parish church. Afterwards, a brass band of the St. Martin's music band plays a concert on the village square, and the St. Martin's market of the mission group also takes place. At 5:30 pm the traditional St. Martin's procession starts through the village to the village square. After the reception of St. Martin on the village square, St. Martin's songs will be sung by the kindergarten and primary school children and the St. Martin's play will be performed. Afterwards, the 14th St. Martin's Goose Run will take place, where there are great prizes to be won. Tips for the goose run can be handed in to SKJ members and in the shops of St. Martin. The SKJ St. Martin will frame the whole day with delicious doughnuts and drinks on the village square.

Keeping with "Martini Day", our guests can look forward to a traditional festive menu with the Martini goose.

On November 15th, the popular ice skating rink will finally reopen at 10 am! From 6 pm to 9 pm, "Birgit & Friends" will entertain you with live music, while the food stand will stay open until 10 pm, offering delicious treats.

Since its opening, the ice rink in the centre of Schenna has enjoyed great popularity. Anyone who wants to take to the ice is in exactly the right place in Schenna. The 12x30 metre artificial ice rink offers locals and guests the chance to do their laps on the shiny surface right in the village centre. Skates and helmets can be rented. A food stall offers warming drinks and snacks. Opening hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM The food stall remains open until 8:00 PM Closed on Tuesdays - except on 24. & 31.12.

Our varied programme at the Taser Alm mountain pasture offers an unforgettable day filled with surprises for the whole family. On Saturday afternoon, we start with a series of varied activities. With Elisabeth Taibon Karnutsch, we all learn how an insect nest is built. See how at the Taser Alm we make our own wholegrain breads and pastas, from start to finish. Knead and roll the dough, then cook your own bread sticks on an open campfire. We also have our own playground where the kids can let off steam, a petting zoo with mountain livestock and much more.
